BASSEY & BLAKE

Ahhhhhhhh, after the last post...this is much better and put me in a good mood. Besides ABBA , I think Dame Shirley also always put me in a good mood too. It occurred to me,  I didn't recall ever hearing a Christmas song sung by Dame Shirley Bassey so off I went.....and to my delighted gay heart......

Dame Shirley sings, The Christmas Song with Blake, a British singing trio...Ollie Baines, Stephen Bowman and Humphrey Berney...who hail from the UK and are renowned for performing classical and pop songs in stunning harmony vocal arrangements. The three men who enthrall fans, and yours truly now after tonight,  with their amazing singing, charismatic presence and not to mention good looks. I must say, the Dame must have loved them too...I never saw her so animated singing before.

Much better mood tonight. Thanks to all. I'm now getting out my birds and sorting my balls for the tree.

I guess red balls is better then having blue balls?

  6. Dame Shirley has the most incredible Blessing of Voice that I have ever heard in my 56 years of life, and I of course love Judy Garland, Bette Midler, and others, but , but, yet Dame Shirley takes the Cake!

And don't get me started on Blake!

  9. So Exceptional. They sound beautiful together. As a musician, with her on the stage, I would be sitting there with my cello between my legs and forget how to play, lol!!! I give them credit to share a stage with her.
