DIVINE CHRISTMAS

  1. Hahaha, that was a fun compilation of images! I hope you are getting everything wrapped up now, so that you can relax and have fun when it comes time for the unwrapping part! Oooh, who doesn't like the unwrapping part?

I'm grateful that we've raised a pretty swell kid and there is no need to make threats of throwing presents in the fire or anywhere else unpleasant.

  3. Ooh, great tip! Vom Smallhausen (my youngest niece) is bound to be a little hellbag at Christmas (just like every other day), so faux-present in the fire will create a hilarious scene we can treasure for Christmases ever after!

  4. My parents once threatened the "throw them in the fireplace" line, but none of the kids bought it!

  6. Love Divine!
And if I had to deal with rugrats during the holidays, I'd totally try the fireplace trick!

    XOXO

  7. I wish I'd known about throwing a pretend gift in the fireplace when my kids were young!

  9. In regards to the advice in the first picture. Do I throw the box on the fire or the child? I need to be clear on this.😂

  11. A DIVINE XMAS - indeed. Glad I never met her, so I can still adore her. These are all so fun, especially that first one! Thanks for sharing. Kizzes.

  12. I love that first image, and the world became a darker place once she left it.

  14. Divine in Female Trouble...she should have won an Oscar for that performance - and gotten those cha-cha heels! Not necessarily fabulous, but I was in a production of Fiddler on the Roof at a dinner theatre in Baltimore with Roland Hertz, who played Dawn's father, circa 1980...

Something fabulous? Your blog! Love it...
