There's a Meeting in the Lady's Room
Darlene Mitchell
This past weekend was the last Pride event for me for the season. I always get asked by many just why does Harrisburg always have their Pride Event so late when it's at the hottest? Not sure for certain, but I have been told they don't have it in June, the official Pride month, because they fear with Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore and DC'S, it will compete and loose some pride goers if it ends up on one of those weekends in bigger cities. Luckily the weather was a winner this past weekend, as some of the clan and I hit the parade and festival. It is held at the Capitol building, and the surrounding area. I enjoyed some of it, then we went to lunch, and then later had to get to the club to start getting ready for the Pride show, and making sure Sigourney Beaver, one of the headliners, got there, and was treated to some hospitality. And I'm here to tell you children she is ever the crazy bitch and filled with stories!!!! I was treated to one gem, where she was at a show once, and she thought what would be the thing to gross out all the gay men? That's right...MEOW! Vagina! Well, at this said show she pulled out a blow pop from her, ah, well, MEOW....and stuck it right in the gaping mouth of a guy in the front row!!!!! Now there is something you won't see on Dragula! The whole weekend went off without a hitch, the show and the festival. Plus there was Discord Adams too! Needed to say, Sunday. Was. Ugly. Some scenes from the weekend.

Discord, Cody, one of our gang, and don't bully him, he cums.... and Sigourney Beaver.
Happy Gay Pride!
I'm not too big a fan of anything AI except for a few exceptions when it comes to some fun, no nonsense things like these creations someone did featuring Endora from Bewitched, in the brand styles of some of the huge legendary fashion houses. I must admit the Celine, Givenchy and Mulger are the Mistress's choice for my closet!
You take a group of fierce bitches from Chicago and set them to a Crystal Waters track!
Well, another weekend zoomed by...and yet another week begins. This weekend was packed with activity and no rest for the weary. The last of the gay pride events took place for the season...Harrisburg Pride and it went off without a hitch! The protestors must be giving up. Years ago, there were many of them. This year there were but a lowly 6 protestors off to the one side of the back of the festival festivities. But with the music and other noises, they could barely be heard. One did manage it get in and started his shit on a bull horn, to which a few said he had his right to spew his bullshit, but in his destinated place outside the festival. It didn't take long for the city police to haul him away. But a lovely day all told, followed by a few cock-a-tails, and seeing many people I hadn't seen in a few years. Of course, the Mistress even met a sexy daddy on a rooftop bar which made for an evening of enchantment. Damn did he have sexy legs! More on the weekend later.... now on to a four-day work week...
In this weekly feature, I'll share a guest with you all each week,
and you tell me in only three words what come to mind.
In Three Words...

I was overly excited when UPS showed up with my package. If all deliveries were this exciting like Mateo, I'd order UPS 24/7!
I gave him instructions to leave it at my back door.
I adore, as you know, the snarky, catty cow, Lady Bunny...and her snark is sometimes not always just snark, but completely reads and shade from the "heart". And yes, a friend got free tickets so, against my better judgment, went and saw the movie. Thank God the tickets were free. But I do agree with Bunny in this funny clip, it did make AJ the Queen look good. And it was also surprising they found an office chair to support Latrice! And a good thing Silky wasn't in it...it then would have to be shown in IMax.
Yes, call me nuts! As most of you saw, my wildflower garden has taken wonderfully and quickly, which also meant I am getting far more bees and bumbles to the garden these days. Now I have several bird baths around the house, so of course the bees like to enjoy them too to get some water, which many don't know. The problem was some would go to far down, slip in, and sadly drown. Of course, I saved a few before they got to waterlogged and smothered. I would place them in the garden to dry out. So, before my last vacation I was on Instagram and caught a video of a lady who made this elaborate bee bath. Well, I'm not Marth Stewart, but she did give me an idea. To go with the growing bee habitat, I made my own bee bath.
Of course I wanted all bees to feel welcome, so I added in this pride rock my mother gave me that she painted this year at a craft event at her work, and I also added in a few seas shells I found on the beach from my last jaunt for more platforms for bees to cling too.
