MOOD BOARD

What a relaxing weekend. Much outdoor garden prep and more annuals got planted not to mention some pruning of some old tree branches. Sunday was spent mostly relaxing...as my back was aching a bit from the planting. Who'd thought my back would ache from gardening?!?!?! How about these AI art works from Tim Tadder. It's like a bunch of modern day Glindas from Oz. I love the colors along with the fashion. Since my work is all caught up outside for now....Im heading to Philly next weekend with the Capital Street Duo. Time for some fun and springtime frolic I say.

Happy Monday...may there be plenty of CAWFEE!

  4. I've been taking bets lately with everyone on whether it would be your back or kneecaps that would be the first thing to go.

  9. I'm angry at the world right now, but then I saw you had a fresh mood board and knew this would be a nice place to come relax. I like the AI pictures, but I find the bubbles more of a distraction than adding to the images. The colors are nice!

I haven't been able to get outside in over a week, maybe that is adding to my frustration, but it looks like the next few days might be nice. As one of my favorite musicians, Neko Case, sings, "You can't keep my love indoors."

    Take care dear!

    1. I hope all is well Melanie? Are you not outdoors because of the weather, allergies or feeling sick? I luckily don't have allergies, but I know many right know under the weather and doing poorly because of the pollen. Never seen it so bad. One can wash a car today, and in one days time...it's all covered again in a fine pollen cover.

    1. LMAO!!!! I never tire of a good frolic. And Bubbles...fun fact. When I get stressed, blowing bubbles relaxes me. I buy a big bottle of those kids bubbles with the wand. I sit outside and just blow away and watch the bubbles.

If you haven't guessed, I also a cheap date.

  15. I want to wear that dress and live inside a bubble. I would keep my head inside of it, though. Perfect for introverts. My back aches after gardening, too. I would rather have it ache for other reasons.

    Love,

  17. My Back Aches from doing damned near anything anymore, but doing some enjoyable things like Gardening is worth the aches and pains. Enjoy your time off my Friend.

  18. What is it about bubbles that make people happy? I loved the song, I'm forever blowing bubbles! When I was a child.
In answer to your question on your last post, the only thing out in the garden are the tulips. It's been the coldest spring in many a year. Last night was minus 2.
I'm hoping for a long, hot summer! X

    1. Oh my goodness that is cold! It's been very warm here I dare say even mild at night except today took a change and got a cooler. There's a chance we may get a frost tonight but I'm doubting it. And yes the bubbles. As I told deedles above blowing bubbles has always calmed me when I'm stressed I have no idea why.
