MOOD BOARD

I'm ready for this Monday, even though a lie in might have been nice. The nice weather continues...and the countdown begins till the next vacation. I just have to get through this week, and weekend and then it's arrivederci! And Buster had his latest checkup. The vet says he is at least two to three years pass his expiration date...and shows no signs of slowing down! Goodness, he will be 19 in November!!!  In other news, the Mistress got a jump on getting things ready for multiple trips, spent time in the garden, and made a wonderful garden herb lasagna over the weekend, and a lovely ham spread and still had time to meet up for happy hour. And Sophie caught a locust and ate it. So there was that.

I think a tune might be in order today!!!

 I don't know why, but watching Cass Elliot move makes me happy.

MOOD BOARD

A glorious start to a Monday...sunny, cool, a slight breeze...no humidity! Do I HAVE to go to work with such perfect weather? I recovered from the weekend; you can read about the nice time and the disappointing protest in yesterday post. Since I saw the latest news of the dump on Friday and the firing of the lady heading the jobs report, I neither required or desired to see any more news. Might be why I didn't blow any gaskets, and I feel calm today. Chin up, tits out, another week....
