Another weekend has come and gone. Between the Memorial service, and toiling in the garden, which seems to be going crazy with blooming... it was a lovely weekend to be around. I even watched some of the coronation, watching adulter's King Charles and his wife Mister Ed get crowned! Boy they have HUGE shoes to fill. And was it me or did Lady Lansdowne, Camilla's sister look like the Jolly Green Giant, towering above everyone?!?! Today some pictures that inspire my mood......
Anyone else want to join my on the bed with lemons filled eyes and some ginger carrot cake?
I think my Patron Saint, Lady Kier Kirby & Dee-lite is in order.... always loved her vibe.
I love that "cabin" and I love Deee-Lite.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why the ginger guy needed to rip down the curtains to cover himself - was his underwear out of reach when that photographer walked in?
ReplyDeleteWith all due respect Helen the least of my worries!! The problem is he shouldn't have been in a room with curtains to begin with!
DeleteOoh, carrot cake! Bare naked carrot cake!
ReplyDeleteOh my God. I wasn't the only one thinking about Dee-Lite while reading this post.
ReplyDeleteGirl, if I ever got reincarnated I'd want to come back as Lady Miss Kier!!!!
DeleteThat first photo made me think of playing Twister for some reason!
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, the mistress is only familiar with naked twister. have you seen his stretch and splits?
DeleteGinger! Ginger! We all love Captain Ginger! Jx
ReplyDeleteI would be more than happy to join you for some ginger-spiced fun!
ReplyDeleteGroovy mood board! I freaking love DeeLite!!! I make everything better. But if I join you in bed, the last thing I want is lemons over my eyes.
ReplyDeleteLots of moods today and I am here for all of them!
ReplyDeleteI do have to ask if the Ginger was responsible for the carrot cake?
ReplyDeleteLove Dee-lite, love redheads (yum) and love carrot cake.
ReplyDeleteEff the adulterer and his horrible woman. Ugh. Didn't watch. Won't do it any time soon.
XOXO
When I read when you explain Camelia as "Mr, Ed" I was thankful I didn't have liquid in my mouth. It would of been all over my lap top.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on, and stay safe.
Boy you can set a mood!!! Love this collection. But Dee-Lite sealed the deal. It's great to be reminded that at one time talent AND style mattered. And, please remember this, Lady Miss Kier sang this WITHOUT that destroyer of modern music, autotune. She could belt out a song in the studio, and on stage while dancing continuously.
ReplyDeleteI love Mod fashions, so I'd gladly wear any of those outfits...especially the first one including the glasses.
ReplyDeleteYou put me in the mood!
ReplyDelete*looks down at lap*
DeleteI see that!
Mood = ready for a roll in the hay.
ReplyDeleteLovely post. Not a big fan of the polka dots but the one with the wrist watch is my favorite. I would need to look closer to tell the time. And, if I ever end up in bed with you I will have to put the lemon slices aside on the night stand befor we messed up the linens.
ReplyDelete😂🤣😅😂😁
DeleteWow, that's a funky mood board!
ReplyDeleteSx
love the ginger guy: a fleshy statue!
ReplyDeleteOoh! I'll take those cinnamon rolls on that taut, hairy platter below, please!
