Now that is uncanny. Even though she is off her rocker, her little rants is still correct and fits these times. So... does anything ever really change??? Here's to hoping a good turn out and change will continue to come, or will it be the end of democracy?
Well it's still too early for PA yet, but the Country Must Love the Hypocrites that's all I can say. My Pennsylvania representative, and the Pennsylvania us house representative both what Republican. They were both incumbents, and they are democratic Challengers gave them definitely a room for their money but in the end represent too heavy a republican area. Damn it
If even Edie, in her altered state can see what others with no mental health issues can't or won't see, then maybe she's not the one who's crazy, maybe they are.
Edie was right then and she's right now. It's been always a need. Americans take so much for granted it's ridiculous. Voting is a privilege and it needs to be exercised.
Well, the two big ticket positions are still being counted, unfortunately two of the seats that I voted for and helped went down. Sharmaine Daniels, and Sara Agerton both loss the race. I really wanted to see Sharmaine hand Perry his head on the plate, but of course now he can continue kissing Trump's ass. I think his lips would be sore by now. And if all these races get won heavily Republican, my money is on Trump is going to run again. I think that was the plan all along to see how the midterms went, and then if he wins all bets on him being locked up will be off again, and then he will walk permanently.
Tundra Bunny here... As a Canadian, I'm not only alarmed by the toxic emissions from the orange ass monkey and Republicans that have been seeping into our politics, but the unravelling of American democracy before my very eyes. A respected Canadian journalist made the following observation today: When you live above a meth lab, expect fumes." I sure hope the Democrats every seat they need!
So far....here in PA my seat representative and PA US House Rep both Republican incumbents won damn it. Too early yet for the two big seats. Since moving back I'm having a terrible time being in such a republican area. Last I saw Republicans were taking quite a few seats, so if they do win a lot of seats and House and Senate and all I can say is America must love the new unraveling of everything. Not to mention living back in the 1930s and 40s.
Early Wednesday morning and it would appear that our democratic republic experiment is a failure. The women and the young folks failed to rise up and we had expected them to do. 😢
That absolutely sucks Pat. And these days and times I don't know how any lgbtq, minority, or women could possibly vote for GOP. Are people just complete idiots? You have my condolences.

DeleteI'm counting on Pennsylvania to put Shapiro & Fetterman where they belong!
ReplyDeleteI hope so too Norma. You know how many people I had to blow to get people to vote?
DeleteNorma it appears I still got it, my oral skills that is!
DeleteVoted Blue, and only once, not like those cheating Republicans.
ReplyDeleteIt's literally not going to make a difference here in South Carolina but I'm going to vote before I go home
ReplyDeleteI don't remember if it was your state or not I was shocked to see Maisy did not win.
DeleteFrom the mouth of babes! Sigh. I voted... with my big dick! Destroy the GOP!

DeleteShe was related to a former First Lady, was she not? But her points are well-taken. If anything, it's gotten worse.
ReplyDeleteYes Kirk that's right ,she was related to Jackie O

ReplyDeleteWe be remiss if I didn't mention that are great Democratic candidate for governor Tom Shapiro also won!
DeleteReading this late I am mostly relieved that it wasn't as bad as feared.
