On a sidenote, Symone should have worn this, instead of her "I just came from down at the salon look" on the finale. I was appalled children.

While I was happy to see a true original like Willow Pill receive the crown, I probably would’ve handed it to Lady Camden, just for having more star power and for absolutely CRUSHING her solo number. But over all, it was a good season.
ReplyDeleteI think Lady Camden does indeed have more star power, but I think Willow gave us something completely new we didn't see her do before, giving her the edge. With Lady Camden we had seen the "trip and reveal" once already.

DeleteI read an interview with Willow and they briefly discussed writing I Hate People, so I'm guessing the queens had at least a small hand in crafting the songs they performed.
ReplyDeleteOverall I'm glad Willow won. She had my favorite performance. Camden was good but I tend to be of the opinion that your reveal should reveal to something better and her leotard/red hair seemed more like a step down and her attempting to recreate her fall/reveal. I think Willow won solely because she brough all new material to the finale. No repeats.
Loved the show, super happy for Willow Pill, thought Lady Camden should have won based on the finale performances.

DeleteI had to look her up again to figure out who was who. I don't watch the show. I must say that they could've toned down the red a little, and my love of red is demi-legendary!
