ReplyDeleteBilly Porter has a very nice voice. The song that came to my mind when I saw this was a little bit different. It was 1967, I was eleven. The Cowsills were singing The Rain the Park and Other Things. You know, "I love the flower girl". Can't help it, I be old.
ReplyDeleteNeedless to say, but I'm saying it anyway, you are cheerfully gorgeous and smile inducing!
I agree Deedles, opps, Duchess Deedles. Maddie sure does induce smiles.

ReplyDeleteYAY! The return of the gin-monster!
ReplyDeleteWe're "celebrating" our non-Pride this Saturday, too, with a Zoom gathering - no substitute for the real thing, sweetie, but it'll have to do...

I just happen to pop in and saw this. How fun and creative...I know Lady Fingers would have loved this!!!!!!!! Especially the huge hair and flowers. She always embraced gay pride 24/7. I have just finished cleaning out her house and left for the last time yesterday, so this post has cheered me up, you have no idea. Take care of yourself Mistress Maddie. I'll pop in again.

ReplyDeleteThe Pride weekend in Chicago is so huge and a total bummer that it's cancelled or compromised or what not. Totally a great time. Who doesn't have a good time seeing parade floats going by with guys in speedos dancing around without a care in the world?
ReplyDeleteTill you commented, I didn't realize just how many from Chi town read my blog! Hope all is well in the Noisewater Household. Are you being good?
DeleteYou are a role model and an inspiration !
ReplyDeleteNever fear, we will be holding our own virtual alternative Pride here at 'Delargo Towers' on something called Zoom.
Thank you Madam....coming from you a true compliment.
DeleteYellow is such a happy color. It suits you!
ReplyDeleteIt matches your new shorts....lets go dancing!

ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! I'm liking these campy half drag post and looks. That hair certainly is huge!!!!
