Well this Saturday saw me and the Lad up in the Pocono's at the Woods Campground for a birthday party for the day and night, for a friend of ours. A good time had by all, the feel of autumn was much more evident up there then at the Casa. I'm not usually up there this late, but it was yet another weekend jaunt get away. Even though less crowded, it was still a good time.
I'm sure the café waitress are glad the season is almost over.
Mrs. Willis showing off her autumnal glamping look.
Someone's pool flamingo is packed and ready to go for next season.
I don't know who he is, but he was quite the ham for letting me take his picture. We won't discuss what I did to get said picture.
Is there anything better than a autumnal campfire?
Why yes, yes I did have some gin and thought it a good idea to get naked.... and the Lad even captured me warming my backside. Funny I didn't hear any complaints.
I will miss this fabulous bear and her chapeau creations! He knows how to melt my heart.
Who doesn't love a glow paint party?
Do you believe this? Even this skeleton said it was this big of a bone.
Size Queen.
I was very impressed by the birthday boy's handstand effort. 10, 10 10 across the board.
One final shot before our departure this evening.
This really is one of my happy places.
What a delightful array of photos - and what a gorgeous place to spend an autumnal weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am admittedly envious of that perfect handstand. Hell, I have a hard time just navigating on my two feet....
Am I really the first comment this time??? Usually I get sloppy seconds.....or thirds.....or......
DeleteAnd you buns are much more enjoyable then old smores.
ReplyDeleteIm guessing.
Looked like a fun weekend.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean no more perky ass shots till next summer? At least it wasn't a wiener roast. I always think the woods looks so fun and campy. No pun intended.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun place Mistress. I have to say I may miss seeing your buns myself. I'm adoring Mrs. Willis's ensemble...one of which I would gladly wear. But that lake picture......
ReplyDeleteJust who was the skeleton saying was that big? Next summer I'm there. I love the outdoors.
ReplyDeleteAnd look at the size of that martini glass!
ReplyDeleteLoves it! It looks like a fantastic place for an early Fall weekend. And that boy in red! And that hat!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Mount Airy Lodge, it is not. I never knew this about the Poconos.
ReplyDeleteMe thinks the bear doesn't know the meaning of the word dainty. Fun pictures Mistress. But let us hope you don't catch cold being exposed like that.
ReplyDeleteI see there was a beautiful full moon also amgoungest all the fall finery.
ReplyDeleteDid you tempt Mr Red with that fine backside to get the picture? He is a God! Looks like a good time.
ReplyDeleteYou have quite the eye for...umm...scenery, yeah that’s the word I was looking for. 😉
ReplyDeleteThat last picture has me wanting to get outdoors and enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteGlamping sounds like a lot of fun, even if it's only a day trip.
ReplyDeleteAlmost enough to make Me want to go camping,
ReplyDeleteThat glow paint party looks appealing!
ReplyDeletethe second pix - the "waitress" on the left looks a bit like harvey fierstein. the bear with the lovely hats - tell us more about him please!
