Or as Anne Marie might say a St Patrick Day Dance Party! I think St Patrick's is a fun day. While I'm not fully Irish, my paternal grandmother was from Ireland. The rest of me rounded out with Dutch, Czech, and Swiss. I generally enjoy a corned Beef dinner with potatoes and greens and settle in to watch Finian's Rainbow. A fun fact, cards on the table...I also enjoy Irish music and folk music, in addition to dance , house and classical and jazz. I find it very festive or very calming.
And this calms me too.......
A Happy Saint Patrick's to you!☘☘☘
Thanks for the Anne Marie Irish Dance Party. I can hear her now, "GAYmen!"
ReplyDeleteLove Irish music!
ReplyDeleteHappy sipping on St. Patrick's Day.
ReplyDeleteThe irish Jig is what they do in the South and call it Clog.
For me an Irish jig is what I do with a fit buck and call it a fuck.
DeleteLOL.
DeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day!
ReplyDeleteBack in 1660 an Irish washerwoman married a Scottish blacksmith and that's about as far back as my family tree goes.
ReplyDeleteI think we all have a little Irish heritage! So hello, cousin!

You know the mother of the Gardiner Brothers is saying- "Those gosh darn boys, went and took my cutting boards again!"
The cutting boards!😂😂😂😂
DeleteI listened to each one with a happy mood! Happy St Patricks to you too Laddy. I used to love the Detectorist when it was on, as I did it's theme song. I was watching PBS last night and thought of you as Call the Midwife and Nolly premiere for the season. I assume you'll watch?
ReplyDeleteAny reason to celebrate Anne Marie. Gaymen! But isn’t the guy pictured in the card Bottom of the mornin’?

ReplyDeleteIrish music is great... it can rip the heart out of you or make you wanna dance, laugh and sing all night long! Happy St. Paddy's Day, Maddie and may the luck o' the Irish be with ye!
I did a toe tap myself!
DeleteI prefer Voiceplay"s version of Whiskey in the Jar. I'm just not into the music no matter what my DNA says.
ReplyDeleteYes, I like some of it but mostly find the softer music calming on some days. Folk music drives my mother up the wall. I only ran across this version of the Whiskey in the Glass.
DeleteGoogle Voiceplay-YouTube.
DeleteGoing to LGBQT+ meet and greet this evening.
ReplyDeleteI love Irish music.
ReplyDeleteAnd Irish men too I surmise?
DeleteI'd almost forgotten today was St. Patrick's Day! We were at a Memorial for one of elders of the extended family. The mood was joyous because she was a vivacious and absolutely lovely woman. When we were in Savannah, St Pat's was a HUGE deal with the parade and all weekend long partys! Cheers, sweetpea! xoxo (love those Gardiner Bros!)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear of your loss, but that the way to do it, especially if the person was vivacious. We shouldn't mourn but celebrate them and their life.
DeleteI read Joyce and Yeats and have some Baileys
ReplyDeletelove the colour GREEN so much!
ReplyDeleteMe too, especially with spring coming.
DeleteI hope you had a great one 🍀
ReplyDeleteWait. Irish, Dutch and Czech? No wonder you have the ass and cock you have!!!! Three well known countries for beautiful men and cocks!!!! LMAO!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVED the music!
I suggest finding a shoe to bite down on bitch.
DeleteFor Irish music I do like Phil Coulter, easy to listen to.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I came upon some of his selections.

ReplyDeleteHappy Saint Guinness Day to you too.
Fab selection of videos but the fourth one with the boys in green jackets was just WOW.
PS I love Hendricks but it is Scottish. Try 'Cork Gin' it's a gorgeous gin and Irish.
