WEEKEND INTERLUDE
With out of town guest till tomorrow, I thought we would enjoy some more sounds of the season... with somechills andcreeps.....and because the wonderful Dr Spo requested more so nicely!!!! So come on in, grab a cock-a-tail and a houseboy.
Oh I too love these! I like the old timey feel to them and what's not to like about Elvira? I remember when my boobies were up like hers. I have actually heard the Johnny Morningstar selection before. I will hit play and do my letters.
Screaming Lord Sutch?!?!?! I'm really keen on a lot of French 1960s pop because a lot of it is pretty bonkers and it makes a lot of British stuff from the same period sound safe, respectful and earnest, like it took itself a little too seriously. Of course there are exceptions. For instance... Screaming Lord Sutch. Sutch didn't have an earnest bone in his entire body. He was a true nutter and a lot of the time that's what I seek from music.
Elvira....So funny! That's surely to perk up everyone's Halloween. What could be better than our favorite horror heroine bustin' out a Madonna parody? 😘💕 ⚰️🦇🕷️🎃🔪🕸️👻💀
You gots it right Maddie, hennny! Halloween can never die! If you cant trick or treat or throw a party, sit at home with friends and family and watch monster movies or listen to halloween music. So many sticks in the mud these days.
Lena Horne, such a Beauty and Class Act! And Elvira Mistress of the Dark, gotta Love her! She once said she used to be a Groupie, tho' she didn't divulge to which Bands.
I'm with your friend...bring on the Halloween tunes!!!!! That Elvira is right no and relevant as usual too.
