Gorgeous Gallanio

The Mistress received an email the other day and asked "Who was my favorite designer?" Well, Cali-Boi, I would have to say it is John Gallanio. The Mistress would gladly in a heartbeat wear any of his creations. The Mistress loves some couture. The bigger and more over the top the better. John Gallanio is a Gibraltarian-British fashion designer. In 1995 he was appointed as the head designer at the famous Givenchy and ultimately became the head of the fashion house, Christian Dior. The inspiration of his clothing has been quoted as identifying his love of theatre and femininity as central to his creations." My role is to seduce" he has said. And seduced he has. I just love the materials he uses and the lines and flow of the garments. If your looking to make a entrance, this is the way to go. The show stopper in the above picture, the Mistress would love to wear. Maybe to Night of a Thousand Gowns? You never know!

The Mistress wore something like this black and white number years ago,at one of the first parties to tend to.

The brillant man himself- John Gallanio

  1. His clothes are so regal.
I'd heard the name of course, but hadn't really ever seen a Galliano before.
