AT THE CASA du BORGHESE...

...meanwhile the houseboys are hanging loose for the New Year...

...or just polishing their cue sticks and sinking balls in the corner pocket.

  1. Well they all look tastefully arranged, and that's no mean feat considering how many balls and sticks are up for offer.

    1. P.S Thank you for the Christmas card!! I put yours in the post at the beginning of December, along with Mr Devine's; he hasn't got his yet, so you might get yours in time for Easter!!

    3. Waaaaaaaaahhh!!! Mine still hasn't turned up! I think the postman may have mistaken it for a piece of priceless art and hung it on his wall?

    4. Wow. I honestly posted them together! I can’t believe my cards to the US have arrived before my UK cards! You’re not the only one, Mr Devine, I have someone waiting in Kent for my card.
Apologies, Mistress Maddie, for airing my postal woes in your comment box!

    5. Mr Devine...That wouldn't surprise me one bit! I framed Ms Scarlet's letter and envelope to me.

Ms. Scarlet...no worries. I was very gleeful to get a nice pick me up in the post. Between mail to the UK which was several, and Canada, I was very shocked everyone got them in such a timely manner. My visiting cousin was here and asked what your artwork meant, and what was it about, when she was here at Christmas. Try explaining Freakin Green Elf Shorts to a commoner. But regardless, she too adored it.

  4. Meanwhile all these years later, we're still waiting the answer for the employment agency where you hire them?

  5. The Casa de Borghese always did have a lot of corner pockets to hide things in.

  9. I'm assuming one of those lads in the last picture is the reason why the game is called 9-ball?

  12. I've never seen a finer basket of fruit. And the houseboy on his bed with his laptop? Coud I "borrow " him for a day to press my bedding?
