For many new readers here, you may not know that the Mistress once did Boylesque for a show in New Hope for over a year. After doing drag for 27 years, I then wanted to embrace the fashion of drag, and my sexual side with dance, which fulfilled a side of me that I always wanted to explore. It was amazing the reception it got, as Boylesque was a fairly new thing at the time. Some non- gay friends and a few co-workers saw the show, and they saw me in a blushing new light to say the least. Over the last few months blogger pal and friend Luke, who is an architect and a great photographer, used to have a blog, but now defunct, we still keep in touch. After seeing the show, and other of my loves, like short shorts and boylesque...he always sends me pictures of artwork that will remind him of me. Here are some of them.
He knows me, but I'm not sure where he gets my love of big hats or being naked?
Big Hats

(A few of you may remember the KIX Cereal commercial from the 80s)
Well Milleson...Easter is coming. "Nadine, get out the hounds, we're going for a walk"
DeleteOh my God I love these artworks! They're sexy and fun. And I remember the boylesque. Show that you were in. I remember me and my peeps came to see it. Yes, your ensembles were stunning and they certainly didn't leave very much to the imagination, if any!!!!!!!!! I know you've had my boys's tongues wagging.
ReplyDeleteAmusant :)

DeleteI love the last image!
ReplyDeleteLooking back I should have made a little square cut to wear made out of pink crinolines to match the hat and bag.
DeleteVery coy, Mistress!
ReplyDeleteI love the vintage artwork! Stunning!
ReplyDeleteGreat artwork ... but we have to find a special locker for that hat!
ReplyDeleteRight now it's hanging on a nail down the basement.
DeleteHaving lived in the South for 26 years, I developed a fondness for big hats, but nothing as gorgeous as that last one! Sadly, having come back to the West Coast my hats are only worn in the garden these days, with most of the reqally good ones given away! The artwork is delicious, sweetpea! xoxo
ReplyDeleteThank you savvy! And would you believe I made that hat out of a cardboard box! I used extra big pieces from a storage box , cut it, glued the forms together ,and then used spray adhesive to put the crinolines on it.
DeleteI remember the pink crinoline hat from the show. That certainly made a statement as did your assets.
ReplyDeleteIt was also fun to come backstage watching everybody try to cram their assets into skimpy outfits!
And the bears were always ready to lend a hand.
DeleteFabulous!!!! Cripes, that last one could easily be you and P town this summer with your short shorts on!
ReplyDeletePS I still want that crinoline pink hat and handbag.....waitin........
Shall I it to you? Yes that picture is me with the short shorts on right? How do you think I lure them in under the dick dock but with a free sample sticking out?
DeletePink is your colour, Maddie! Huge crinoline hats, yes -- huge crinoline hoop skirts, not so sure...
ReplyDeleteThose are wonderful! I think your Boylesque was much different than the one we had here with Kenny Kerr - which I loved. Wish I could've seen yours!
ReplyDeleteI know of Kenny Kerr...what a legend and gone over 12 years already!!! Yes I suspect our shows were much different as I wasn't in drag at all, and there were also several bears in the shows too. It could get pretty risque. I was nude once with exception to a patch covering my shaft, but the ball were hanging.....
DeleteHow fun!! Any film clips, any photos from the shows???
DeleteLove these!!!
ReplyDeleteBoylesque is fab. And I bet your show was awesome.
BTW that illustration with the shrimping suggestion?
HAWT.
XOXO
sixpence
A guy did that to me once. Didn't like...didn't hate it either.
Deletethe third one reminds me of the time, the neighbors were complaining you were bare backing a miniature horse in the gardens. little did they know it was a houseboy.
ReplyDeleteEveryone needs to ride a horse, I suppose 🐴
ReplyDeleteHorse pucky!
DeleteWHAT?!?! I would have loved to seen the show you were in. Boylesque shows are an art and a huge turn on. Love the art and that last picture....just move that handbag!!!!
ReplyDeleteI still am sorry I never made the time to get to New Hope to see that show. I can see you in the artwork with the huge hat and bare ass. Maybe you should recreate that. Very fun art here.
ReplyDeleteThat photo of you is the best!
ReplyDelete💋♥💋♥💋♥💋
DeleteThe fourth picture down. Had you a ensemble close to that I can just imagine how tight and revealing that was!!!! The first is your regular Saturday night no? I too would have love to seen the show when you did it. Boys doing burlesque is very sexy and hot.
ReplyDeleteI did have several pair of very tight pants. That ripped away. You'd have loved those I suspect.
DeleteLove the erotic art! And that your friend Luke sees you in them should be a nice compliment. That last picture is sexy and fun, you still got.
ReplyDeleteHang onto that hat in a stiff breeze, or you will find yourself in the land of Oz.
ReplyDeleteAnd that would still be less odd then the US.
DeleteTHAT is a FAB Photo, my dear. Congrats. Put that on the cover of your biography. I must steal it now. Kizzes.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather you steal me!
DeleteDoes the boy on the fire hydrant know what he is letting himself in for?
ReplyDeleteWell, I did at the Saints Black Party once.
DeleteYou have the most interesting fascinating life .... past and present.
ReplyDeleteThat's one reason why I've never given all of my drag stuff away yet, you never know what it might come back in handy for a show or special appearance.
DeleteBEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL BOY!!
