Back in the day when I was in full swing of drag there was no such thing as cell phone cameras which is how everybody records everything now. I think my final performance has Dolly from The Raven might be on YouTube. It's funny cuz at the time we didn't concern ourselves with documenting and filming everything like Queens do now I have however posted many pictures over the years on the blog. I'll have to look and see what I have and I'll email you.

DeleteMistress, both these memes are as important as it gets, especially the unexpected way to save the lives of our school children. As for your dismissal by Instagram, wear it my dear as a badge of honor. I'm still amazed at the amount of people who continue their addiction to social media platforms such as Twitter(X) and Facebook(Meta). There are other ways for us to communicate and not add to the bank accounts of two unworthy men with your support. This I wear as my badge of honor: Early on I saw the damage that these two platforms create, the hate they extol and the misinformation they continue to publish. For that reason I never signed on to either platform and have had no regrets for my decision. My hope is that non-supporters of the musk/zuckerberg regime will sever their relationships soon...make your stand, find your badge of honor.
ReplyDeleteI agree Milson. I think I'm going to have to try to ween myself off Instagram and shut it down. I use a lot of Instagram for my photographs to share, but I may have to go back just doing it on the blog. But on my trips, I was able to instantly post pictures of thing I was seeing...and I have many blog readers also on my Instagram. They like the little preview of what I was seeing before I would blog it when I returned. I think I'm going to have to reconsider, and just go down to Blogger and that's it. If people really want to reach me they know how to do it.
