Slather on the Mud and Fur

Easy to understand. Today is Monday. Not my favorite day, but what am I going to do? I took this weekend off to be by myself- to regroup. A little something I do from time to time. To pamper, to release, to enjoy myself. In oh so many ways. I got a Aveda Facial and full body wrap, massage, mani and pedi and a hair cut at the Woodbury. And the new spa rooms were so beautiful and very relaxing. And who doesn't like to get a massage and lathered in mud by a guy named Marco???

I also went to Lambertville Hotel and drink some tasty Espresso martinis whilst reading my book, in between perusing the local bar rags. I think it's perfect. Almost. What would be more perfect is if I could then skip home, put on my square cuts and go lie on the beach, getting golden and sun kissed. Instead, I'll have to bundle up in my jacket and put my gloves on......speaking of gloves..take a gander.....

After my spa appointment I made a shopping trip.......new quilted leather gloves, a fur collar scarf and a pair of Tom Ford aviators!!! After my review and nice pay raise, I never really got myself a little happy. Even though it was mild this weekend, I'm hoping for some winter temps soon. And this hunk David Gandy ,caught my eye, and trans fixed me the rest of the weekend. Those damn fashion magazines.

Moving right along, my dream last night involved symphonies, mer-people, some guy who was a lion tamer and also involved jumping off a bridge. What could it all mean?

I paid my electric bill today, and basically passed out.....I had forgotten that I basically had my tree running 24/7, and the other two trees as well.....Mistress is not happy, oh well, it did bring some beauty.

While at Lilly's Coffeehouse I heard a Garbage song with Shirley Manson, who is a fierce biatch, and I can't believe she has never done yet a solo album. Until then, my I-pod here at work is screaming about being "Special" drinking "Milk" and telling me how "Special" I am. Just so long as I take my "Medication". Of course you know I'm still enjoying my Amy Winehouse! Meanwhile it was a weekend free of all my boys. Next weekend will be a catch up with them I'm sure. Until I come back, tootles!

I spy with my little eye...the holy trinity of glamour!
Oh that is a sweet mix of newness right there, I can't wait to get out from underneath all of these itchy layers, I loathe winter clothes.
But I do love espresso martinis!
Oh once sat at the same table as David Gandy at a fashion do, he is stunning.

I'm glad to hear you had fun this weekend. I'm still getting over a cold I caught on Thursday that knocked me out of work on Friday.
