They weren't kidding about a club mix! Great song for dancing back in the day and totally upgraded for now! I love it! xoxo Happy vacationing, sweetpea!
It was a hot one down here this weekend...even for the shore 85 felt scorching.I do hope your buns didn't get toasted Mistress? Had I not had company I would have been there to meet you...finally. Hope you are having/had a good time. What am I saying? It's you!
Oh, gawd - that song... It was a staple of the naffest discos back in 1984. My kind of music that year was more Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Eurythmics, Duran Duran, Thompson Twins, Madonna, Depeche Mode, Bronski Beat, Laura Branigan and Bananarama, to be honest.
All those are favorite of mine too. I always thought this song was cheesy, but found the best of the song in the remix fun...and the lyrics seems to fit.
Back to work tomorrow. But can't complain. A three-day work week this week, followed by another three-day work week for the July 4 holiday. Then there is New York Pride this weekend......
😍😍😍. I wish I had your stride, among other things.

DeleteI would love to be hanging out on a beach with you. Then no body would break my stride.
ReplyDeleteWe would have been kiki-ing, and rating the hot men. I tell you brother, there were some sites to be seen.
