CHEERFUL* Monday Everyone...
What?!! Oh my...regular readers of this blog may have noticed a slight but significant shift in my Monday post...No more Bitchin' about Monday Blues, at least for a while, till a new job starts...Just enjoy it while it lasts! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Mine was pretty relaxing...time spent living and being poolside, with what, the weather here finally arriving with summer sun and heat. Monday mornings always seem to be here all too soon. Just when we are getting used to the weekend and Whoosh! — it's already flown by all too soon! Coffee all around!
Let's begin & have a FUN week.
Oh no, has Little Mary Sunshine taken over?
ReplyDeleteI figured I would throw you all from the Crabby Constance.

ReplyDeleteNorah Muldoon talking to the electrical contractor regarding Vera Charles- "It's the "First Lady of the American Thee-ayter" out cold in the guestroom. Ms. Charles don' live here. She does her drinkin' here and her passin' out here. In the last three weeks there was a party every night. Oh no, one was cancelled....the bootlegger couldn't make it."
ReplyDeleteEvery time I hear that line I think of you.
I love the moving Auntie Mame pictures!
ReplyDeleteI always loved kaleidoscopes when I was a kid. Still do, in fact.
ReplyDeleteMe too! If I'd had a romper room, you know the Mistress would have had a kaleidoscope instead of a damn mirror.
DeleteIve never seen the show or the film....what sort of homosexual am i?
ReplyDeleteNever saw a stage production, but you'd love the film John.
DeleteMame Dennis: "Run along to Ito and tell him to bring me a light breakfast - black coffee and a side car. Oh, oh. And a cold towel for your Auntie Vera."
ReplyDeletePatrick: "Is she in the guest room again?"
Mame Dennis: "Since Sunday, dear. Now run along to Ito and hurry my tray, darling. Your Auntie needs fuel."
Gawd bless Roz Russell! Happy Monday... Jx
Its our kind of breakfast isn't it dear?
DeleteIn an ideal world, I'd have such "fuel" every morning... Jx
