Well this took some time trying to get these post together. When Mac over at Yummy of the Day did his All About Me post I really enjoyed them as I had just started reading his blog.I have noticed some new readers here, and have gotten emails from some asking about doing some blog posts on some subjects, but I wasn't sure how to make a blog post of it. So I followed suit and did a Q& A post for some of your inquiring minds, not knowing how many questions I would get!!!!!!! So I will have to break this into three post, since the questions seemed to be based on three subjects, this being All of Me, a potpourri of questions in this batch. If you don't see some of your questions, they will be in one of the other post subjects.
Anna Marie started with a lightening round!
Are you a Philly native, or were you born somewhere else? No, not a native of Philly. I was born in Camp Hill across the river from Harrisburg. I have lived in the Philly area in beautiful Bucks County in Dolyestown for 14 years now.
If you could live anywhere, where would that be? Easy....Buenos Aires!
WHEN will this winter be over so we can meet and drink the afternoon away? Hopefully after your bloggerpoolza ! Then you can fill me in on the dirt!
From the Huntress-
What's your favorite color? Blues tends to make me happy!
What's your favorite fashion label? Oh that's a hard one. I do tend to like Theory and John Bartlett as I own a lot of each. I also like James Perse and Banana Republic
Do you pay full price or wait for something to go on sale? Both. If I like something I pay what ever the price, but I seem to luck out a lot on sale prices.

I just want to know, within a general area, not specific, where you live. With this awful winter I worry about you all. I live in Dolyestown in Buck County, which is about 25 miles outside of downtown Philly. And it might make you feel good to know it's in the 50"s today and the snow is melting, melting, it's melting..... thanks for your well wish.
Cello Josh-
I know you like all kinds of music, but have you ever played a instrument ? and do you come from a artistic or music background? I do like all kinds of music but alas, never played a instrument. well you know, some I do play well!!! I wished now I learned the violin. I love the sound of it. I do have two relatives, one plays with a symphony and another in a orchestra. Three of my other relatives were also painters, one of which was quiet well known and made a small fortune on Long Island. My father also liked architectural landscaping and painted informally.
Tim-
Did you have a good coming out? What was it like? and How did your parents take it? Mine was awful and was picked on terrible. I must say, my Mother hoped for a gay child, and I knew I was gay very early. I don't think I really ever had a coming out, since , when I knew what I was had a name- gay. I assumed it was normal and it is. By high school I was "out". In grade schooI had already fooled around with one friend. I went to a very forward thinking 90210 high school, so it was no big deal, and everyone was very accepting. It was cool to know someone gay. One girl gave me a problem, and dropped the FAG word, a huge trigger for me. I turned around and laid into her with a Julia Sugerbaker rant and then slammed her with a have you looked in the mirror lately. She was a bigger gal and I asked why she didn't buy the whole shirt? Hence the beginnings of a drag queen. She got read Tim!!!! She was in tears. Never had any problems with her again. My family took me being gay very well. But we all kept it from father, who was very old school and authoritative. So we kept it as our little secret. I think deep down, he might have know. I count myself very lucky to have been so loved. But never let me hear the word Fag being called out to anyone, or their will be problems.

I guess my question would be will you ever end this blog and start a new one? And are you on any other social media, like Facebook? If and when I ever end this blog, no, I probably wouldn't start a new one. I have been on joint blogs which is fun, but must admit running one for fun in enough. I find it to be a good outlet for an extra creative juice, and I love sharing and reading others blogs. I'm not on any other social media, including Facebook. With my blog, working, my social life, I just have no more time to give it and the content of those is not my style. Hence my blog reading. I like more material. I have considered a instagram page for pictures, but not sure yet and not at this time.
Suzi and Jack-
How do you feel on outing others? If someone is gay do you think they should have to come out? I don't think anyone should ever be outed, until their ready. I friend of mine was outed before he was ready, and his life was hell, until he ended it. Everyone has to make there mind up. Coming out eventually does help the cause, but it really has to be up to the individual. Of course being out really does make life much more easy, without having to cover tracks to cover up a lifestyle that is really normal after all.
Pearly Gates-
I know you get around a lot, lol in travel. If you could settle in one place where would you like to live the rest of your life if you wanted? Buenos Aires!
Preston-
Can I borrow that house boy above for a few days? Huh, we'll discuss fees later.
Bryon Wes-
What your astrological sign and does it fit you? I'm a Scorpio. And oh yes, it fits me to a tee. There's no fluff or chatter for Scorpios, these folks will zero in on the essential questions, gleaning the secrets that lie within. Scorpios concern themselves with beginnings and endings, and are unafraid of either; they also travel in a world that is black and white and has little use for gray. Scorpios are very loyal friends, and are very curious. I love to probe and know how to get to the bottom of things. I also have a keen sense of intuition that certainly helps. Scorpios work as hard as they do so they can someday sit back and feel satisfied with themselves. Scorpios are intense, passionate and filled with desire. They're also complex and secretive, so don't expect to get much out of them, lest they become suspicious and exit stage left. It's best not to bet against Scorpios, either, since these folks are surprisingly resourceful. Scorpios can lose their temper (and even become vengeful in no time flat) when someone gets in their way, so it's best to give them plenty of room. When it comes to love, though, Scorpios soften up a bit and are caring and devoted with their lovers, even if they do hold on a bit tight. Scorpios are also lusty and sexual in the extreme, so they are very in tune with their reproductive organs. I would say this is all true except the vengeful part. I can forgive, but I never forget. And I am very playful.
That concludes this portion of the lightening round, stay tuned for part two- Mistress Q&A- Family & Pillow Talk. Now I need a gin and tonic gurls!
Love the answers!
ReplyDeleteLoved the first round! Some great questions. Where were you in my high school? I got picked on everyday. Now I went and got a ripped body. Love going to reunions now, when the guys that picked on me are for the most part fat, old looking, or just plain bald! Love it.
ReplyDeleteA Scorpio. I have heard about you Scorpio's!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI never put a question in but love these question and answers. Who said Scorpio are lover not fighters!?! This also answers why you love art and music so much. And why you do what you do for a living.
ReplyDeleteYou have great taste in fashion. I love me some John Barlett too. I also like Marc Jacobs. I love your blog, so knowing your a scorpio it all makes sense. Can't wait for part two!
ReplyDeleteFun! Hopefully will not need to worry about anyone and snow until next year! Also mild here in SE WA.
ReplyDeleteBuenos Aires!?! That would be like giving alcohol to a alcoholic.
ReplyDeleteHow fun. I know the area where you live and it is so breathtaking. It reminds me of parts of Europe we've visited. It's very quaint . I do hope you continue to blog, as I love all the camp and quirkiness of it and of course your personal tales and trips.
ReplyDeleteI really like this. All these years and we get the chance to ask away. Thanks for taking the time. I love blue also. And my most loyal friends have always been scorpios.
ReplyDeleteI hope you never stop blogging!!!! I did like the Gals About Town blog too. And this answers why I can't find you on Facebook.
ReplyDeleteI too was picked on till one day I just snapped and punched the hell out of the guy that ridiculed me. I too agree with Hazard above. I too worked out like hell and now looked much better than them. Living well is def a good revenge.
ReplyDeleteDo you realize how much trouble you'd get into in Buenos Aries?!? But I can't blame you, I hear it is quite amazing there.
ReplyDeleteOK, after the meetup WE meet up for boozy good times! :)
ReplyDeleteYou put a lot of time and effort into your answers, as you do your blog. Thank you, Maddie; you're a class act.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great post!!!! One of my friends is a Scorpio and is probably the most fun and really knows how to enjoy life. And I love your out look on being gay. That's is so great, and it would seem normal from that early on.
ReplyDeleteWell, Well, Well, it looks like you survived your first round in the hot seat without even breaking a sweat. I can't wait for round 2.
ReplyDeleteSince I have met you, I must admit you really are quite like you are on your blog. Love all the info, but the next part is sure to get juicy!
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to seen that Julia Sugarbaker rant!!!!!! That should learn her then to fuss with a queen.
ReplyDeleteYou Scorpios are trouble. Not that it's a bad thing. ;-)
ReplyDeleteYes you Scorpios are quite legendary in the bedroom! And with the background from the other post of Czech, Irish and Dutch, you must be stacked below the waist band!!!!!
