Tiffany & Co. gave us a morning of true holiday spirit on our day in New York City and brought us into the Christmas mode with their wonderful holiday windows. Every year they too do a wonderful and detailed job in which these windows are very small windows, no easy task. They have a truly magical feel, illustrating time honoured traditions and the romance of the holiday season. And since I love architecture, I adored these gems! The delightful designs feature various three-dimensional rooftop scenes and intimate street views of elegant townhouses, that make you want to peak in the windows, imagined along New York City’s Upper East Side, with joyful scenes unfolding within each window display. I wonder if the Mistress is in there anywhere? I just love the shade of blue that is there trade mark color..........
Not bad for all miniature pieces is it!!!!! Almost makes one want a chic doll house to play with. This year the good folk at Tiffany's were the hostess with the mostess , where upon in the store, welcomed all with lovely holiday treats of Hot Chocolate...
and Ginger Bread Men!!!!! To view the windows and shop!
I think I know why Holly Golightly liked this cherished place.
The gnomes think that they'd like to move in!
ReplyDeleteNow you somewhat understand why I love playing The Sims 3. The home designing and building is just as fun as the game itself.
