The Grande Dame

In March of 1966 an unidentified spacecraft crash landed in the Matanuska Valley in the south-central region of Alaska. Officials of the US government were able to recover one fabulous life form from the crash-- While no signs of food or water or other forms of sustenance were found on board the spacecraft, an Elmer's glue stick, a can of Tab energy drink, and a 1972 copy of Vanity Fair magazine were the only items recovered from the smoldering wreckage. And these items were the beginning of Alaska Thunderfuck!!!! Alaska draws inspiration from Divine and Marylin Monroe. Alaska has been performing her drag shtick for a couple years now and hails from Pittsburgh PA where she hosts weekly shows, and also travels to perform in many shows in the Big Apple, and Philly. And you guess it, by the picture below, is one of the next dragtestants on the fifth season of Drag Race. She may also look familiar as being in Camp Sharon Needles....as Alaska is roommate and boyfriend of Sharon. It's such a small drag world, but I have seen her and see is quite the riot!
