MOTHERING DAY

 
Doesn't matter much what species, a mother's and child's love is a special thing. I may be older, but I know my mother still thinks of me as her baby. Every day is Mother's Day for me and today is a day to shower just a bit more extra dose of love and attention on mine. We are close and have a good friendship too. But I know because of her, my late grandmother and aunt, I am who I am because of them and why I have gotten this far with the tools and morals and sense to make it this far. I hope as children we know all our mothers have done for us and always there in one form or another. I thank mine and all the mothers out there today and thank you.

MOTHERS

A Mother loves right from the start.

She holds her baby close to her heart.

The bond that grows will never falter.

A Mother gives never ending love.

She never feels that she has given enough, though she has.

For you she will always do her best.

Constantly working, there's no time to rest.

A Mother is there when things go wrong.

A hug and a kiss to help us along.

Always there when we need her near.

Gently wipes our eyes when we shed a tear

So, on this day shower your Mother with Love.

Gifts are nice but that in not enough.

Give your Mother a day to have some peace of mind.

I know I have been lucky to have a special bond with my Mother. She was always there, supported everything I did, encouraged me to explore and experience new things, and always accepted me for who I am. Not only my Mother, but my friend and a confident. So, Wish her, my readers, and all the Mothers out there a Happy Mothers Day. You're our heroes!

MOTHERS

No matter the kind, shape or form, our Mother's shape and form us for the life ahead and have a role in how we turn out. Whether we are lucky enough to still have our mothers, or our mothers have passed on, we will always have them with us no matter what. Some of us even have surrogate mothers or mother figures that have had inspiration for others of us. We don't need a special day to tell then we love them but I'm actually happy there is that day to give just a extra special day to give them the thanks they deserve.  I took my mother out for dinner Friday evening, as she bitched and screamed to not go to any special lengths, but I said Ahhhhh pipe down. I then took her shoe shopping yesterday since she said she needed some new shoes... and let her pick out three pairs of shoes since she never goes. She hates shoes shopping. I may have even tried on a pair or two of heels myself! Nice to stay in practice. Here's too all the Mothers today, and to all my readers, who are Mothers, and my usual commenters like, the Dogs Mother, Helen, Savvy, Nations, Agnes, Janie, Dawn, Jennifer, Melanie, Duchess Deedles, Christina and Shirley, I hope you all know how much your appreciated and loved, and such inspirations. Here's to all the Mothers!

Even us wild childs love our Mothers dearly.
