I do wear white year round, winter whites. And I don't know why but I have a feeling you'd be sexy as hell and white jeans. Or black jeans. Or dark blue jeans. Light blue jeans. Color jeans. And definitely no jeans!
I've had their shoes for years and got them in a drag shop in New Hope. A matter of fact the day I bought them , I haven't took my own shoes off and wore them through town . They are very high heeled.
I mostly only wear jeans when I'm going out for dinner. My phone wore them around the house I'm sure to get something on them. Although I could see you in this hat. I'm not sure what the wind is like there in Devon is that where you're at? Those winds might get you airborne!
Looks good on you. Besides isn't the rule that you're not supposed to wear white shoes after the Day of Labor? Is it no white at all? What about ermine?
Oh that hat. SG would love it. Our friends here (and in Southern California) think it's absurd that wthere are rules about when to wear white... and to drink gin & tonic.
In NYC and New England when I lived there, gin and tonic was a summer drink and you were looked at askance if you ordered one any other time of year. I regularly got looked at askance.
Dear Pam, I would definitely kill myself wearing those shoes - I'm still relearning how to walk. Don't forget you should never throw a drink down your throat before the sun goes under the yardarm.
Pam Demic's more than a match for Beverly Sutphin! Jx
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh damn, and Beverly Sutphin is one of my role models!!!!!
DeleteThose are quite the heels too!
ReplyDeleteI love a good 6" stiletto.
DeleteI'm still very impatiently waiting for that hat. Throw in those heels too.
ReplyDeleteSmashing!!!! I wear white all year...bright white in spring summer, and winter white in the winter. As you say rules be damned.
ReplyDeleteI'd keep wearing them too, they look great on you, and so do the heels. How does a guy look so good in heels???
ReplyDeleteOMG, the shoes are fabulous!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd white is all right after Labor Day!
Fuck Me Pumps!
DeleteTHE SHOES!
ReplyDeleteAnd who cares? if white would look like that on me, it'd be a year-round color to wear!
XOXO

DeleteYou're sense of balance is truly awe-inspiring.
ReplyDeleteThank God for my ass Kirk, I think that helps balance out the lower half.
DeleteThat's a really good photo! I've never dared wear white jeans at any time of the year! Maybe I should get a pair for next summer?

DeleteI couldn't stand in those let alone pose in them! And that hat is insanely big. But then we're talking about a size queen here.
ReplyDeleteIn most cases bigger is usually better. And I'll tell you I feel more comfortable when I have high heels on my feet let me tell you.
DeleteLooks good on you. Besides isn't the rule that you're not supposed to wear white shoes after the Day of Labor? Is it no white at all? What about ermine?
ReplyDeleteYour right!!! And how I adore a good ermine!!!!!

DeleteWell in that case I would have been stared at all the time! Now Pimms I will only drink that in the summer.
