Well, well ,well, everybody will be happy to know that Kailyn, my good friend and visiting house guest and the Mistress have survived the weekend of debauchery, and contrary to swirling rumors did not get found passed out under a chaise lounge at the Raven Resort, it was just Kailyn who was found, the Mistress's where a abouts are still unknown. A lovely time was enjoyed, althought new livers may be in need. Kailyn departs tomorrow morning bright and early! Our time was spent in New Hope for the weekend. And no glass was left sitting!!!!! This trip in New Hope was seen......
I told you this was a very gay town.....
just down from Minnelli Circle, but up from Merman Blvd!!!!!
one of the many quaint houses in New Hope
some of the water fowl on the Delaware at the terrace...
first drink stop...Martine's....
at the lovely Hearts a Fire Shop..... love these garden stakes....
Loved the book and how can you not love the name Bunty Cutler?
I especially loved the reasons, I have no self control, simon says, my regular lover is out of town, and practice makes perfect, some of my best excuses for my suitors.....
carriages rides in Lambertville......
Drink stop 2 The Boat House......
time for gin and tonics
the very quaint Hamilton Grill. What a gorgeous courtyard....
drink stop 3 The Lambertville Hotel......
with Cubans.......
I must get one of these for the Casa, seen at Loves Saves the Day.....
drink stop 4 Marsha Brown's, we were parched , but we did have dinner....
Drinks flowed all day Sunday at the legendary Raven Resort for the Tea Dance, where Kailyn and the Mistress continued to be wooed by the mens.
I believe Kailyn was ordering out a hit on Ms. Moorecock........
the Mistress's gams....
One of my favorite bartenders who just started at the Raven, Marcus, showing me his beautiful tattoo he has. Marcus is very easy on the eyes and has one of the most beautiful personalities to match.....
After the tea dance it was off to Karla's for some more drinks and dinner....
All in all it was a very lovely weekend.
I know I loved New Hope when you took me. I never saw a more unusual town. There must have been a hot guy walking by , by the look of your swim trunks? Looks very good to me, the weekend that is😈
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures! Between the raven, dinner in a church and road with names like Oscar Hammerstein Way, this is my kind of town. Did your friend enjoy it?
ReplyDelete1- ring for blowjob? Won't all the constant ringing get on your nerves? 2-211 things a clever girl can do. You could have wrote that book.3- the chest of Marcus looks very nice. That must explain the swim suit hill!
ReplyDeleteFriends of mine highly recommended for me to visit New Hope, and after seeing this I just might have to come see your lovely lap, I meant town! So cool looking!
ReplyDeleteWhat an entertaining life you lead Mistress, and I love the eclectic look of New Hope. Loving your gams and the 211 things for a clever girl to do is a must! It's a great comical read.
ReplyDeleteBING.....BING......BING!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love these pics, and I wish we had something like New Hope where I live.
ReplyDeleteOMB, it's a wonder somebody didn't call 9-1-1 with all that drinking going down! new hope is probably as dry as ocean city NJ by now!
ReplyDelete"ring for blowjob" - (snicker) dingdingdingdingding!
Thank you for the tour! :-)
ReplyDeleteI simply have to come for a visit sometime, reminds me of my little ole P Town! Would there be room at the inn? And is Ms.Moorecock still alive, I could be her replacement. ENJOYED THE LEGS!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great, fun little town that looks like. Love the nice bulge shot, those are always nice! Your friend looks like she means business.!
ReplyDeleteBusiness? non sense, she was probably putting in another order of alcohol.....by the case! You know those two can't get it down their bullets fast enough.
DeleteIs it safe to come back yet? And just what I need to hear now. A constant ringing bell. Pucker up boys!
ReplyDeleteLooks and sounds like you had a wonderful time! New hope is always a great time. LOVE Marsha Browns! Now the rest of us are just waiting for the south east to get wet again.
ReplyDeleteCuban cigars, good cocktails, and a host with nice swim suit basket! I obviously hung out with the wrong people this weekend. Looks like a blast.

ReplyDeleteI almost made it home. There seems to be some sort of delay in L.A. I am afraid that someone is about to come along and cart me off to the Betty...
ReplyDeleteAnd won't you be lucky when you get the same room again.
DeleteI'm going to have another hang over just looking at the post.
ReplyDeleteLove Marcus tattoo, so sexy, and a beautiful saying. Looks like you gave the grand tour. Did you two drink the town dry? Ot was certainly beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFabulous weekend!!!!! But did you not have a book called 211 Things A Clever Girl on Do On Her Back?
ReplyDeleteHa! The bell is cracking me up, and it would come in handy. I love New Hope and have considered moving there. The area is beautiful with character, excellent restaurant, huge gay community, and everybody as friendly. And then there's the raven.
ReplyDeleteWilliam and I love days like this, just a meander through town and stopping for libations at will. Such a quaint town. We enjoy the old world service of the bartenders at the Boat House. You must try the Hamilton Grill.
