WELL, looks like the weekend has rolled in!!!!! I'll be leaving, yes again, for the weekend to join my friends, Peter, Kyle and Olen at our friend Gary's lovely campsite at the gay campground, The Woods Campground for the weekend in the Pocono Mountains. I sure hope I'm not greeted by the likes of the above picture!!!!
Yikes, they'll be after my honey pot!!!!!!!
I have the feeling bears of another type my fancy me!!! They always seem to like my slightly hairy legs!!! But you may recall I don't camp, I glamp!!!!!!!
As you may remember my friend Gary has a incredible site with a cabin, a trailer that sleeps six, with water, electric, full kitchen, bath and all the other amenities, in addition to a hot tub, fire pit, bar, slushy machine and a golf cart to drive my drunk tired ass around!!!! So there will be none of this.....
Although this is quite charming!
The weekend will be one of my favorites- Illuminations. The whole campground will glow with thousands of lights, torches, candles in glass, and the paths and trails are lined with luminary bags. It is quite magical to see! I just have to make sure I don't get to close to the flames!!!!
So wish me luck and I'll return next week!

ReplyDeleteThe Engineer is also going camping and is deciding to take a cot as we are having thunderstorms and flash flooding. (Does NOT sound as fun as your adventure!)
