While at work one afternoon, working hard and minding my business, my cell phone alert for text messages received went off. It was my good friend, The Dame. Something had just come in to the antiques market someone was selling, and she thought I might be interested and wanted to give me first dibs. And if you didn't know, the Mistress has one dirty habit, ok. Well maybe two. Oh yeah. Ok maybe three, but this is one of them.........
Yes, the Mistress does like to indulge in a good cigar two or three times a year. And yes, these little gems will be for special occasions. And why yes, it was a real treat to get these for a bargain, and well yes, they are from down under our continent.
And yes, in the famous words of Mae West, I never broke any laws, but I may have cracked a few. This Cohiba is related to the Cuban product in name only, containing "no" Cuban tobacco, and thus is the only" Cohiba" that can be sold legally in the United States. Of course if that's what really in the box....... wink
Hmmm... well, given that you only indulge a few times a year, I will skip my mandatory lecture regarding the evil of tobacco. Do you enjoy a snifter of something with your stogie? Do enlighten us. Obviously, there are many sides to the mistress yet to be revealed... don't keep us in suspense, love. Do tell! - Uptonking from Wonderland Burlesque
ReplyDelete"there are many sides to the Mistress yet to be revealed" well dear, have you searched Guys with Iphones and like!?!?
DeleteDear, everything that touches these lips is evil! I tend to like a nice liqueur or cucumber infused gin
DeleteIt nice to see a cigar for a change in your lips as opp....oh, nevermind.
ReplyDeleteOh..... the Mistress likes the cigars too!
DeleteIf you like cigars, I got a real nice one for you to try!
DeleteIt's always important to try new things.
Delete"It nice to see a cigar for a change in your lips " instead of a Cuban, French, Italian, Greek, Brazilian, Czeh, Dutch, Middle Eastern...............
DeleteIf this is code word, I have the feeling these will be deeply hidden with the casa! Love the first shot.
ReplyDeleteHow funny.loving the hat to complete the look. I never would have suspected you would like Cubans. I would enjoy this story.
ReplyDeleteHa! Love it! The resources of Karen Walker!!! I love a GOOD cigar while on vacations.

ReplyDeleteSo who's breaking out the orange label Clicquot?
Well, what time may I expect you, we'll puff and tell tales.
Deletedid someone say Clicquot?
DeleteSince Canada has no embargo against Cuba, we can buy Cuban cigars by the truckload. One of the many perks of being Canadian, I guess! Enjoy your contraband, Mistress!
ReplyDeleteFine, rub your luxuries in on me.
DeleteThe hay? Yes.
ReplyDeleteCigars? I'm'a hafta go No.
Oh I love it. Truth be told I'm a bit of a cigar aficionado myself. I enjoy a nice " Cohiba" once in a while from our trips down below. Why no, how did that get in there.
ReplyDeleteI see a cigar party in the works at the casa next!

ReplyDeleteThe guy I dated smoked these. On his trips he would bring them in hidden in his suitcase, and keep them stored till he enjoyed. Loved the smell of them. Loving your whole Havana look!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've brought these back myself twice, but not a whole box. I don't smoke but too enjoy a cigar from time to time. These are a box of fifteen? You must be savoring these for special occasions. I know what just the three I bought cost. Handsome as ever.......
ReplyDeleteSo this was the big surprise purchase!!!!! I know you don't smoke them in the house, so you must go outside. Love the whole Havana vibe here, and your style, but my eyes still go right to the crotch.
ReplyDeleteThis was a fun post! I can't smoke but love the smell of them. Upon my observation when meeting, I must admit, I though he had a incredible butt in jeans, if I say so myself.
