This week's queen,Ginger Manchester is an entertainer from Fort Wayne, Indiana! Ginger has been performing sine the late 90's and has won several titles on the pageant circuit. But what makes the queen a classy queen is that she donated one of her kidneys to be donated to one of her long time friends. Her friend has been on dialysis for the three years, and her treatment wasn't going as planned. The kidney transplant was scheduled and both recovered and bounced back. Now that is a true queen. I applaud her courage and her strength during this process. TWO THUMBS UP GINGER!
