The darn Monday gets me down yet again...Feel good hormones NOT working today! Getting my spirit up seems like an impossible task today...And just in case you find it hard too...Is there any way to chase the Monday Blues away? I hear sometimes all it takes is a prick? Not much doing this weekend. Black Friday was quite at work, but I understand the few in spent big bucks getting new furnishings for the Christmas holiday. The manager also thought it a good idea to have a chili cookoff. Was he nuts, what with all that eating from the day before? Luckily, I was out of there before the air pressure changed. I headed to happy hour to meet some of the clan, then spent the better part of the weekend sorting the 100's of photos from the trip, and did the last garden clean-up of the season. So excuse my pity party being Monday. Another day would have been nice...but so are these pretty moods.

ReplyDeleteMy friends have just gone home from a lunch at my house - lasagne and salad followed by a Bailey's tiramisu. We were rallying around a friend who was recently made a widow, as it was her wedding anniversary today.

You sound like you had my kind of Monday (or at least this Monday was that way). Ick...let's hold out for tomorrow and the mood will lift, or i'll just bury my head in the sand for a while. But this mood board helped. Yet again, a great mood board.
