PRIDE IN WORK

Glad to be working for a company who accepts ALL people and ALL parts of the LGBTQ community!!!! It's nice they let us be creative and help show the support and love. This is what happens when you hire a big queen.

After dinner one night in Philly, I came across these puppies in a shop! How festive they would be?

Now how about a lovely ditty from a Rehoboth Beach staple from the Blue Moon....Pamala Stanley..... this pride weekend.

    1. Yep. Also back destroyers, toe crushers and (when one falls down because of the heels) knee skinners and or neck breakers!

  3. I always enjoy seeing your work, very nice statements. Does anyone ever take issue with your displays? Those shoes would be perfect for a Pride festival.

    1. We have had the old conservative crank makes comments, but 95% of the people come in , thinks it's very cool and Instagram pictures of it. We get tickled when we see pictures being taken.

  4. Those are so cool to see. You are lucky.

Sad part is you can walk in those heels.

  7. Such lovely displays! Your work is always a pleasure to see. You don't see things like that in big stores here, but in the little local shops of Ann Arbor there are several stores with pride displays.

  9. Those displays are fantastic! I really like the layered effect of those ribbon backdrops, but the balloon scene is my favourite. What a great place to work - they're lucky to have you.

  10. Now those are some lovely shoes! I also love the displays just as much. I too work for a company that is accepting, even if I question at times if some of the coworkers (not my teammates though) follow along.

    1. As long the your company has your back, that's the important thing. I know I could walk in those shoes, as Im more then comfortable in heel and only $15.99!!!!! But I don't do drag enough anymore to compensate buying them.

  11. Inspiring. All of it. I LOVE the menswear balloons display. Did you buy the shoes? Do they come in a 14–15 (for Jerry)?

    1. Well, I have to tell you Mitchell, I think 13 was the largest. A lot of Philly drag queens shop here. And Jerry would have to find a matching dish towel to pull it all together!!!!

    2. He's already got the dish towel. (Of course we have a rainbow dish towel.)
