OH CHOPSTICKS!!!!

My good friend Miriam and I went out to grab some vittles last night. Chinese. Authentic. I was never more frustrated. And what has China ever given the world? Can you really respect a nation that has never taken to fine cutlery? And what happen? We bring these folk over here, and they litter the streets with bean sprouts. I know what your going to say. What about the Chinese acrobats? OVERRATED! I could hop up on a high wire, on a unicycle, and balance a wheelbarrow on my eyebrows!!!! But I'm far to busy and sauced to do that. And don't ask about the hair.

  7. All you need is for someone to gently take your hand and show you how to use the chopsticks. Hold your sticks your dominant hand. The lower stick is always stationary, and you rest it at the base of your thumb, and between your ring finger and middle finger. The second stick is held like a pencil, using the tips of your thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Put your food into the grasp of the sticks. When not in use place your chopsticks either to the right or below your plate.
