On tonight's Downton Abbey, it introduced some new chap......
Atticus Aldridge, son of Lord and Lady of Sinderby and heir to the families sizable fortune. So handsome and reminded me of a quote I once heard. "A gentleman seduces his partners mind before he ever touches their body"
reminds me of a young patrick mcnee from the 1960s tv show "the avangers". WOOF!
ReplyDelete"A gentleman seduces his partners mind before he ever touches their body" - tru fax dat. intelligence is the first quality I seek in a man. the brain is the best sex organ!
Two very important organs to have. One for each mood!!!!!!
DeleteDarling Maddie,
ReplyDeleteWe have not owned a television for thirty years so our only knowledge of Downton Abbey is via our Hungarian housekeeper. Alas, Hungary is only on series three so Atticus will be an old man before we know anything of him.
Looks like a nice boy......
Not a bad habit to have my friends, with no television. I have one of course, but watch very little. There are a few gems I do enjoy, which half are BBC shows. And adore me old Hollywood movies. I mostly read, blog, and listen to music mostly when home. That's when the houseboys and maid Fredia aren't distracting.
DeleteNice to see I was the only one whose heart didn't skip a couple beats.
ReplyDeleteYes Lady Rose struck gold this, time!
DeleteI was a little heated when Atticus appeared in the rain, portrayed by the loverly Matt Barber.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping he sticks around ...
Oh, I hear he will be sticking around!!!!!!! At least for now...........
Deleterose will come to know the circumcised.
ReplyDeleteBe interesting to see where the Dowager stands on cut meat.
DeleteDid you say something?
