The Silliness of a Pool Party!

The pool party reminded me of a old Bain de Soleil commercial! Remember those, with the plane exhaust line in the sky? Well I must say it was the perfect weekend for a floral pool party! It was very humid this weekend, so the water felt great. I had been invited by J and the couple of The Harrisburg Uptown Boys to attend a campy themed floral pool party over the fourth. There was much food, a beautiful setting in the Mountaindale Estates at the home of the good doctor, our host, and many, many cock-a-tails, not that the Mistress par took, and some very nice eyecandy! I had decided that the boy Mistress, as Miss G would say, would only tend to part of the party, but the Mistress would make the arrival appearance. I choose to go with a campy version of my usual looks and not so heavy with the face. I knew those head pieces from the store would come in handy! Plus I didn't have to worry about styling a wig or pefecting the make-up since it was a silly event.






My chaperone's for the weekend were the always lovely Harrisburg Uptown boys!


Then a quick costume change from boy Mistress, back into Mistress, for the late night party look to tie the evening up! Even though it went on to the wee hours, and found many in their birthday suits, while I myself remained in a towel at least. My favorite necklace from a dearly departed friend, worn with honor complepted the terry cloth ensemble! Then it was time for some sparkler fun. Notice I lit them away from the cock-a-tail. I'm learning.
