This week in the Candy Shop is a real smooth and enticing sweet treat I fall across one day. Apparently this very suave and handsome Kevin Love,  is apart of a team called the Cavaliers, where he does something with a ball??? Well, I know nothing about running up a court, but have held  court, and I do know this guy has something to hold my attention. I'm sure I could host him a lovely evening at the Casa with dinner and conversation, and if he has to play and have a ball , well I have two beauties for him. Now excuse me as I go back to bed and slip under the covers to enjoy this warm and tingly feeling...…

What some sweet confection today.......Simon Dunn, the former Australian bobsledder and now rugby player living in Canada, has been an out and proud gay athlete, and  was intensely proud to do his utmost for the Green and Gold in bobsleigh. To achieve that high honour, he had been victimised, ostracised, alienated, humiliated, bashed and forced out of what he loved the most for many years because there were some who made it too hard for him to persist. He has been a victim of prejudice as an openly gay sportsman. His trials have been endless, but defiantly he has stood tall, to the extent that his persistence might see him represent Australia as a member of the nation's bobsleigh team at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Dunn is now based in Calgary, having just finished a season of competitive bobsledding with the Australian contingent in the North American Cup circuit through Canada and the United States. And lucky for us he's not afraid to show some skin!!! I could most certainly see cuddling up to him on a snow night. Let's face it he looks good out of clothes.....
