Well I for one cannot wait to see the new generation of Ewings and the hunky and hottie who be playing them!!!
I watched the show faithly in the 80's, but the kids weren't all hot then. The series revolves around the Ewings, a wealthy Dallas family in the oil and cattle-ranching industries. It will focus mainly on hunky John Ross Ewing III, the son of J.R. and Sue Ellen Ewing; and hottie Christopher Ewing, the adopted son of Bobby Ewing and Pam Ewing. Both John Ross and Christopher were born during the original series' run and were featured in it as children. Now grown,hunky John Ross has become almost a carbon copy of his father, bent on oil, money and greed. Hottie Christopher, meanwhile, has become a lot like Bobby, in that he is more interested in the upkeep of Southfork Ranch, much like his father and his late grandmother, Miss Ellie. As an additional point of contention, hottie Christopher is also becoming a player in alternative energy. Besides Bobby, J. R. and Sue Ellen, other familiar characters including Lucy Ewing and Ray Krebbs, will also return. Ken Kercheval, who played J. R.'s nemesis Cliff Barnes, is also set to guest star in a multi-episode arc in the upcoming series. New characters include Bobby's new wife, Ann Ewing. But have you notice hunky John Ross and hottie Christopher???????
Sue Ellen looking all kinds of stunning beauty returns back to Southfork....and by the looks of it right up to the damn bar!!!! LOVED SUE ELLEN! Anybody who could give it back to JR whiling downing a gin is alright in my book. And she was always a great multi tasker like myself, drinking, looking fabulous, and taking naps at the table while at a wedding reception

Along with an occasional appearance by Cliff Barnes, Lucy Ewing and her twins will be back to make some appearances. I always had a soft spot for her. She also enjoys herself some talents of the stable boy delight!
One of the main reasons I watched the show was when they introduced Pam Ewing's bat shit crazy sister Kathrine Wentworth! I just adored her and felt terrible when she finally bit the dust when trying to run down Bobby after giving Pam an early morning bang! Katherine was just delicious. And a side note, I have actually met Morgan Brittany who portrayed her, three times, and what a sweet lady she is!
Another delish person who won't be back will be Kristen Shepard, who was the real culprit who shot JR. Last seen floating face down in the Southfork pool!
But the biggest bombshell will be at the end of the first season of the new installment, when the writers bring in Sue Ellen's drunken half drag queen brother, the Mistress Borghese!!! And she will be claiming the Grand Dame of Southfork Ranch, filling in a long vacant role by the late Miss Ellie. JR will be none to happy about yet another drunk being there, but will give in because of the fabulous all gay pool parties there will be, and he does have to admit the queens have the money and will buy Ewing stock!!! Will JR tire of the endless parade of hot guys and boozy parties thrown by the Mistress and Sue Ellen? But even bigger, will the secret clandestine between the Mistress and hunky John Ross come out???? And will the personal checks hottie Christopher is making out monthly to the Mistress be explained?
