JUNGLE

I figured this is appropriate and mood enhancing. I can't get enough of this group. Here's the live performance from the Brit Awards this year.

Back to packing the streamer trunks......

NEWS THAT'S FIT TO PRINT

Well...it looks as if Buster Bolfig Borghese is well on his way to turning 18 in November. Buster had his Vet appointment the other day, and the vet was simply amazed at his health, no lumps or bumps, clear lungs, muscles and joints in good condition with very little arthritis, no stomach issues, only lost a pound, and no loss of appetite or sign of cataracts. She is amazed, as we all are. About the only thing he didn't like was when he got a small finger up the backside. He got a bit cranky about that stunt.

Though he does like his naps.

He looks rather pleased of his clean bill of health. Of course, some incoming bacon might have had something to do with that. Our search for a second canine ended. As my uncle has not moved south yet to Ashville because of Helene, we have officially taken ownership of my aunt and uncles dog Sophie! In his retirement community where he will be living, dogs are allowed only if the owner can get them out and walk them regularly. At 92, he, health wise is fine, but he does walk with a cane, and has been known for some falls, so he opted to not take Sophie south with him and was adamant we take her to the Casa du Borghese. Sooooo this week we officially welcomed Sophie home with us!!!!

She has settled in very nicely at the house, but not like she doesn't already know us.

It's finally Friday!

And Im in the mood for some Jungle! Boy this group just gives me chills.

MUSIC INTERTUDE-JUNGLE

The weekend is finally here!!! And you know what that means, I'm off again for a weekend jaunt up to the Woods Campground for booking #2. But to kick the weekend off is another music group... and their work I'm obsessed with lately, or should I say still, Jungle, with this song, Back on 74, from their Volcano album, that has the most relaxed retro sound, yet dancy, and modern feel. The song was written by the British band members of Jungle, Josh Llyod and Thomas MacFarland and their newest member Lydia Kitto. Not quite a year old yet the song still gets me going, especially the video, since I like to dance. And yes, give me the guy in the wife beater any night...those arms get me! So sexy to watch him move and love the hat tip to ballroom in the video. The song gives me chills to get to the floor kids.

Till Monday! Toodles and dance, dance I said!
