  2. Jackie Beat's green eyeshadow is a showstopper... but I really like how Suzie Toot's channeling Marlene Dietrich!

  3. They are all so lovely and creative. I don't know drag like you, but since getting to know Suzie last season I adore her, she may be my favorite drag queen now...the Darling of Drag!

  4. They all look so good! I finally got a taste of what your talking about. I went to see a drag show here last week, and there were about 8 queens from Drag Race there. With exception to Lydia and Suzie, the rest stank!!!!! The crowd was like "thats it"? They didn't perform worth shit.

The seasoned NYC queens and local queens blew them out of the water.

    1. Oh, I too have seen it firsthand many times. It's more a meet and greet than a show. When Sam Star, who I ADORE came to Harrisburg, people were pissed after the show. She basically stood on stage, barley moved, mind you, to a lively dance song, and left after just one song. The problem is she puts more importance on look over content. Unless you have a good routine or schtick, your days will not fruition into a long drag career like we see of the likes of Bunny, Hedda, Coco Peru, Varla Jean Merman, Lypsinka, Juno Birch and the likes. I will put money on it...years from now, of the Ru Girls, we may still hear of about ten or 12 of them, who really got it.

    1. All these queens are in the US with exception of Adrina Sparkles who hails from Montreal Canada. Mandyy is a friend from Philly. And Geneva is also an acquaintance. Like most queens, drag started out simple and humble, in looks and on the club scene...but over the years like with anything else, becomes more and more perfected as the years go by, with help, and trial and error to get what works and what shows the personality, and a schtick. Most queens never look like they did when they first emerged, even if there schtick is to look odd and zany, like Dina Martina or Miss Richfield.

Of course, some queens these days, take the route to just start drag in their own homes now, film themselves, and become well known through the "delights" of social media post or you tube.

  8. Lot of fun looks. The queens here don't go over-the-top much at all in the different looks, but they sure can entertain!
P.S. How are you doing? Better??

  9. They're all looking lovely, and speaking of them I noticed there's a RDR preview show for the upcoming season at the end of the year!

    1. She is. And the one with the most talent. Her Tna Turner is insane. Another friend of mine also got on this season.
