THE HORRORS!!!
This.....this kids should sum up my face and attitude for returning to work after 18 glorious days away! I deeply pity the first person who talks to me before a second coffee is consumed. The Mood Board is coming up soon....but this is a good start!
In another 30 years or so, you will be old enough to not have to face the office again. The problem with being perpetually young, is it is always 30 years away.
My lands, what the hell are you even doing up? Once retired I'm sure I will not arise before at least 11:00 a.m. any day. I surmise I will never be a morning person, granted I think they're lovely, but I'm always going to be a night owl.
With the garden caught up, now I have tons of pictures to go through, and bills to get caught up on. It may be a few days until I'm regularly visiting my rounds of blogs.
Mondays, Mondays, Mondays... being a retiree, I can attest that, like a cactus, any Monday can be a dildo if you try hard enough. Just get through the initial pain and the rest of the week is pure bliss.
I think I was all those moods before breakfast!
ReplyDeleteNumber 8 is usually my Sunday evening face when I know Monday is coming.
DeleteInteresting.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get jack for sleep due to the humidity. I'm #7 this morning.
ReplyDeleteAll is actually rather calm so I'm probably a number three right now. For now that is.

ReplyDelete30 years! Jesus talk about ripping a Band-Aid off.
DeleteIt's the same for me, and I don't work anymore!

DeleteReturning from a long (wild) trip is like that.
DeleteOh, dearest! I had forgotten you work for a living.
ReplyDeleteMe too! When I came back to work today it was like Patsy Stone. I had to be reminded where I worked and how to get there.
DeleteI'm glad you're back!
ReplyDeleteI slept in till 11AM this morning and with two good nights' sleep in a row, I'm #2 on your Joan chart... well-rested bitch face. Welcome home, Maddie!
ReplyDeleteI recognise every one of those faces. EVERY Monday. Jx
ReplyDeleteAnd every one of those faces in one Monday too!!!
DeleteWelcome back, MM!

I would agree Rade. After Tuesday, the week flies by!
DeleteNobody tells it better than Joan. She tells it like it is.
