My good friend Dagny, AKA Kailyn, the one with more names and blogs then, well,a lot, sent me this funny text the other day. Have you ever wondered about the Mistress's face for each day of the week? Well, Dagny has found my looks for each day of the week through the funny and fabulous, and one of my personal favorite funny ladies Lucille Ball.
Sunday....
Monday morning.....
The rest of Monday.......
Tuesday.......
Wednesday......
Thursday......
Friday.......
Saturday.....
I would say she nailed it!!!! Your good gurl!
And one can't deny Lucille Ball sure could be downright glam and beautiful even through those hundreds of faces.
I'd like to know more about your Fridays! Is it the day you get a visit from the Loch Ness monster!
ReplyDeleteYou really what him to answer that?
DeleteWell, if your going to name parts now..........
DeleteAren't those looks the same for different acts in bed?
ReplyDelete(spits morning cawfee on monitor...)
DeleteCan you think of a better way to express yourself when your legs are in the air?
DeleteHA! The rest of Mondays face and Fridays face say quite a number of things......that involve men.
ReplyDeleteI think many of us would rock the Weekday Lucy Face!
ReplyDeleteEspecially Saturday!
i've got the face of ethel mertz as she gazed at fat fred...everyday.
ReplyDeleteOh no, don't tell me the honeymoon is over already.
DeleteI know that about sums up my work week. Boy, she was really beautiful wasn't she?
ReplyDeleteThat's funny.I would have sworn your Saturday face was everyday?
ReplyDeleteya took the words right outta my mouth!
DeleteOh Mistress, now I know what your Thursday face looks like!!!! I'd say your friends knows you quite well. I agree to about her beauty, one of the most beautiful actresses of that era....her beauty definitely has been much underrated.
ReplyDeleteI think i,like many, tended to forget about how amazingly beautiful she was because she was so enormously talented and funny. I myself use a lot of the same looks at the beginning of the week.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was giggling pictures for her, I was amazed at how her glamour side was seldom seen.
DeleteIf you ask me, Friday's look has more the throws of ecstasy written all over it.
ReplyDeleteNo, that is my face for something else.
Deletemonday is MOS DEF correct!
ReplyDeleteNow Thursdays face just screams Turing the corner.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely loved Lucille Ball! Not many can make me,smile by just seeing their picture. Love the synopsis of faces.
ReplyDeleteI've got my Saturday face on already. It's a short work week.
ReplyDeleteOh, my, yes! I think she nailed the week's expressions for damn near every living person who must trudge out into the work-a-day world. Lucy was a wonderful, consummate performer - "fearless" is how a director would term it.
ReplyDeleteGet your Thursday face on - and look forward to Fri and Sat.
Hugs, Mistress!
I couldn't agree more....she was a gem! Glamour and good comedy is a lethal combination.
DeleteYay Saturday!
ReplyDeleteSure hope your summer is coming along swimmingly!
DeleteThis is great! I love her.if there is a I Love Lucy marathon on.....I'm there!
ReplyDeleteNow that is funny!!!! Most of my week looks like Wednesday's face.
ReplyDeleteI love this... and I Love Lucy... Ethel is pretty cool too... I don't know why she ever hooked up with Fred... Wilma either... I guess my Dr. wasn't kidding when he said wine and meds don't mix. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think I've seen the Saturday face the most. And then I hear,"I can't believe you hung up on me, Kailyn!" Damn. Now I want to have a drink in memory of the Urges.
