After a few more days in Ptown after my last installment of postcards, there was a pit stop for a two day stay in NYC at the Met for an exhibit and visit with MM#1 Fan, before heading to the Woods Campground in the Poconos for four days before heading back to work today and tomorrow. As luck would have it, we have a national holiday Monday...looks like a three-day weekend!

However will I survive? I hope to be popping around for my visits to you all. It feels like in forever kids.

SUMMER POSTCARDS #25

It's been a very fun visit here with my friend Peter and the Lad from that little spigot of land known as Ptown, with its charming town, award winning fudge shops and famous tea dances. Pearly was kind enough to let me use her laptop to drop a line. Two more days here before a stop in NYC and then on to the Pocono Mountains.

HERE WE GO.....

HOT TO GO! That's right, your Mistress is Hot to Go!!! I will be on the road to sand, sun, sea and hopefully some sin at that little spigot of land known as Provincetown for some jollies, and then while swinging back the following week to the Pocono Mountains for another booking at the Woods. FRONT ROW SEAT

Years ago, a fashion show as all about sitting in a salon parlor, and after, having close up views in private rooms for the clients to see the products and to touch, feel and hopefully purchase. These days they are in big venues, and huge theatrical productions. This might be D-Squared's best runway show I have seen, for the upcoming 2025 spring summer season.  The first thing I fell in love with was the lightweight tan leather coat at the 6:12 point. So versatile. Up next at the 6:49 moment, I knew I'd have to have those tan leather pants, and don't think for a moment I wouldn't wear them. I even like the one shoulder knit, but not sure where I would wear that but a club probably. But the pants? Ribbed knits, lightweight gauze shirts, a wife beater with denim shirt open, or chucky turtlenecks, to take them into the winter, I would wear with them. Then I lost it and was squealing with delight over the ensemble at the 7:23 mark! Would totally wear that!!!! Those shorts and knit v neck are HOT!!! I'd wear them for the next meeting with Cali Boi! Would I get looks wearing this? Yes and screw it! Here's to summer of 2025!

SEEN IN NEW HOPE

It was good being back in New Hope over the weekend. It never ceases to amaze me how popular this place is, especially for three seasons of the year. For a town over 300 years old, it certainly is colorful and vibrant. Since being put on the map the night George Washington lodged there over night before crossing the Delaware River, then destroyed the ferry so the British Army couldn't follow him, it has been full of colorful characters ever since. New Hope has a very colorful history and interesting history, and architecture for a small river town, and has a big reputation for it's very good, fine food and proper bars, live entertainment, famous antique shops and centers, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, adult shops and tattoo parlors, and its long history and haven for the LGBTQ, drag, artist circles and witchcraft communities. This visit the town grande dame Pumpkin informed me that Tina Fey and Leonardo Di Caparo were seen on the streets, and GiGi Hadid just bought a home there. I always enjoyed my 24 years living there and will most likely return there for another few chapters. Seen in New Hope this visit.
