Pollo Del Mar has been entertaining the masses for years now in the Bay Area, with her unique style of performance and her campy looks! Pollo is a San Francisco based queen who is a performer, emcee and charity planner, magazine cover girl,and a journalist for several local publications for the gay community. Pollo Del Mar which translates to chicken of the sea, got her infamous start at the legendary club, Trannyshack and has been performing ever since. Now a days, she just wrapped, The Golden Girls:The Play, where a all drag cast played the parts of the famous quartet and re-enacted episodes of the titled show. A huge success it was, to sold out crowds every night. Pollo has also gained some popularity for her attention in political effects in the wake of California's Prop 8, and she still won't give up!
