WINTER CAMPING

Over the holiday, a new follower on Instagram started following me. I assume they found me through the Woods Campground. Upon the follow back, I saw they have a spectacular Instagram and a very addictive You Tube channel. Khorolskyi who's social media features outdoors, and the goal is for the viewer to feel as if they were there, taking in the beauty of nature, the scenic surroundings, different seasons and the sounds of the forest. He also appears have survival skills and wildness wanderings, which I love. He makes it look so easy. His Life Travel Camping video are beautifully shot. I adore him already. I love the outdoors and as you know glamping, but I have always wanted to try what he is doing here. Though, I don't know I have the balls to try this in the winter...unless he plans to help keep me warm at night

I spent two hours watching his entries the other night. I just love nature. And when you can find peace, solace and being one with nature, it's a great feeling.

    1. Now that no fun. I think it would be cool in the snow....I think I could handle a two night minimum.

  2. I'd need room service.

  3. Oh, I've been camping in winter - with snow. A couple of times. Unheated cabin once and unheated tent once. That was enough for me. Brrrrrr. Give me Spring, Summer, Fall, please.

    1. As long as there is a heater in the tent, I'd like to try this once.

  4. Have you read Craig Childs? He lives off the grid and checks out archaeological sites down south.

    1. Off the grid appeals to me...but Mylanta...it seems like a lot of work to live off the grid. And yes...I have seen a few of Craig Child's features.

  5. Babes, he's hot, but I have very thin blood and the outdoors with a foot of snow is way too cold for me.
I'm heading to his YouTube, though. To live vicariously through his swimming trunks...

    XOXO

  6. With how cold it is here at night (low 40s), I can't do this.

  7. I’ll just be inside the sleeping bag with the furnace stoked up. He can join me.

  8. He's hot. But it's cold. I will stick with my fireplace, my blankets and my piano. And you know me... I love nature... but - love has limits! Kizzes.

  9. I'm not a fan of camping. My idea of roughing it is a motel without a swimming pool.

  11. How can anyone watching this video, NOT LOVE THIS GUY !! He knows how to draw in his crowd. Keep up your videos, we all enjoy your solitude and near nakedness in the woods. The videos are nicely done.

  13. This gentleman knows what he is doing!!! It's actually calming to watch the videos I found.I have to say my favorite part is watching the whole tenting process. The less clothes is just the cherry on top. But no way could I camp like that. Glamp? Maybe.
