What Water's Character Are You?

I love me some of John Water's movies! Just the other night Hairspray was on and loved every minute again like I have never saw it before. John Waters's is a American filmmaker and writer who is most famous for his early 70's transgressive cult films. Water's 70's and early 80's films featured his regular troupe of actors known as Dreamlanders, among them, Mink Stole, the fabulous Divine, Mary Vivian Pearce and Edith Massey and real life convicted criminals like Liz Renay and Patricia Hearst. Water's film Polyester and from there on became less controversial and more mainstream, although they still retain his trademark inventiveness. Hairspray went on to a cross over musical on Broadway and swept the Tony Awards that year. Water's is still working on current projects, and although he has apartments in New York City and Provincetown he still resides in his hometown of Baltimore where all his films are set. The Mistress loves herself some of Baltimore for making some appearances. And although I love most of his movies, I think Serial Mom is my favorite.



Serial Mom starred the raspy,sexy Kathleen Turner who I loves! One of my favorites. I just love her voice. Serial Mom is about a wife and mother from Baltimore who goes on a killing rampage, killing witnesses and people who hurt her and her family, then makes them look nuts and ends up with celebrity status. So when I was reading Eric Arvin's blog last week and he took the test to see which character he would be I just had to take it too. And as luck would have it, it turned out to be.......



Gee, I hope I'm not that psychotic, I mean I do keep a very tidy home and I'm am very protective of family and friends. There was once a poor girl who had a accident with a bar pencil once when she insulted one of my good friends once.Just kidding. Or am I? Anywho, and I respect etiquette valves and recycling.
