The only fireworks won't be just in the US this weekend. I just had to wish fellow blogger Jean- Paul who's blog is My Husband and Me, a huge congratulations as they are tying the knot across the pond tomorrow, where they live in London. Jean Paul keeps me in stiches with his stories of daily life with himself and his partner, and the crowd that comes to their lovely restaurant.
As you start into a new life as a married couple, you become like a treasure to our community and the world. May your light, love and happiness shine like a star on a dark night!!!
I can only imagine this wedding. See... Jean -Paul wanted to marry in a pink tux...so I had to do some creative coloring. But this is how I picture the scenario.....
Congratulations again Jean-Paul on your big day!!!
Now hopefully, tomorrow night, he and Guido will be in bed no doubt, somewhere, with Lobster, peanut butter, a gourmet ice cream, pasta or some other food item in bed!!!
πππππ
I am positive it will be a fabulous affair!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to the happy couple!
Very bestest of wishes!
ReplyDeleteMay you both have a swell day!!!!! I must check this out. But Mistress, did you say pink tux!?! How fabulous!!!! It tickles my heart when boys get married still! As did your creative coloring kisses to you both!
ReplyDeleteActually Agnes, on his last entry JP is decidedly wear tartan, apparently well fitted tartan. I have a feeling they disappear after the wedding to a broom closet somewhere. He will still look handsome.
DeleteCongratulations to you both!!!!! Loving the scenario!
ReplyDeleteAnyone who can embrace pink is alright in my book. LOVE IT! May you boys both have Best Wishes on you wedding day!!! A life of much happiness
ReplyDeleteAny friends of yours are friends of mine.... Sending big wet kisses on a day of HUGE CONGRATULATIONS! I too love your scenes above. Hope their day is a memorable one.
ReplyDeleteI still think pink tartan would be a wonderful choice:) Wishing them much love and laughter!!

Best wishes and a long happy life to both of you! Nothing like a wedding to spread love and happiness throughout the land.
ReplyDeleteMM - I'm honoured. Love the pic of those little guys and I don't just mean the ones on the cake. I am admiring your amazing handy work with the pink pen too. If I look anything like Quasimodo in our wedding photographs I'll be sure to send over the proofs so that you can photoshop me into Brad Pitt. I expect by the end of the day I will need a very large stiff one and I don't just mean a drink. Hope the fireworks go pop where you are and thanks too to all your readers for their best wishes.
