Welcome Back Mrs. Naugatuck!

I would swear some days good help is hard to find! My Social Director , Anita Moorecock is back and I would swear she hit the parlor bar already, and has been nothing but full of sass and defiant lip since returning . I would swear her role model of late is Mrs. Naugatuck. If she keeps this up, I'm giving her away in a blog giveway....winner will be first to comment!

  1. I could have used her when this house was full of hot and cold running teenagers.

  2. Commit what? If it involves murder, count me in! Oh, Mistress Mad - everyone knows that a good servant needs to be put in their place. Perhaps some of the houseboys could hold the tart mouth down while you take the rug beater to her behind! Or... is that more of a reward at your manse? In any case, take the situation in hand. A little physical discipline helps keep an orderly domicile. P.S. Be sure to powder afterwards. One does tend to glow after... - Uptonking from Wonderland Burlesque

    1. Listen here, exactly you's side are you on? A rug beater? That damn drunk of the Mistress would be lucky if he can find the kitchen!

  4. Oh Mistress Mrs Naugatuck was one of the most loved house maids on television! She was so entertaining. The Casa must be a circus for sure.

  7. Great character played by Hermione Baddeley. She also played Mrs. Bob Cratchit in the 1951 version of "scrooge". ( the best version by far starring the great Alistair Sim.) What a blast from the pass.
