Sweet Mary Mother of Pearl! Yes please, I'll take one of those!!! I know you have to buy bulk at BJ's but one will do it. Ok... two , I mean if there is two available, that would be great, but at this current moment, I think one will satisfy me.

While Democrat Gay Valimont did not win her election down there in Floridia, she came pretty damn close! But she did manage to flip Escambia County though, which fiercely backed and had huge numbers for the Great Dump in 2024. Gay Valimont lost the overall election to the Republican beer gutted opponent but lead her opponent by 4 points in Escambia. Despite both Democratic candidates losing their special elections on Tuesday night the party has suggested that improving on November 2024 results in the strong GOP friendly areas, would suggest they on track to retake control of the House in the 2026 midterms.
If she decides to run again and would win, how great would it be a Democrat with the name Gay winning...in of all states- Florida!?!?!?!
And in other news, Philadelphia celebrated Transgender Day of Visibility with a flag raising at the famous City Hall, with speeches, speakers and trans performers on the Day of Visibility. It was also announced that Philadelphia proudly holds the title of the country's most "Welcoming City" certified by Welcome America for its inclusive approach towards people of various backgrounds, race and identities. Philadelphia then extended its respect and warmth to the community, not just on Transgender Day but every day. I will say, Philly has always been a warm beacon for the LGBTQ community since the 60's. And a very close knit one too for a big city. As Anne Marie would say, Philly Proud so recognize!
