ReplyDeleteIn Oxford the 1st May starts about 6am with a choir singing from the top of Magdalen College and then there's the Morris dancing as the crowds In the olden days idiots would jump off Magdalen Bridge and then wonder why they'd broken their arm or leg or neck in the shallow waters of the Cherwell.
