MOOD BOARD

Here we are again, on the cuff of Christmas and soon another year down the drain. Another good weekend here at home. Baked a few more cookies, another batch of little mince pies, my trips to the farmers markets complete. Boy, was it packed! I already can't wait for the two dinners and then the New Years Day dinner. Warbucks will be here from Budapest for the holidays. First time he and the mother will meet. With those two what could possibly go wrong? And whats to complain about with a two-day work week? How ever can I muddle through working only today and Friday? I and "the Clan" met for a nice happy hour filled with cheer, which turned into a long night. I also met a very nice guy and had a lengthy conversation with. It was mentioned, just what I needed, another man in the mix.

Did I mention that when I met this guy, Stewart, that he asked for a piece of paper and pen to write his number down for me? Even though we had our phones? Charming and quaint...he was 7 years younger than I. Nice to see a bit of old tried and true still goes on in a world of tech and madness. Nice to see I still meet men the old-fashioned way. Who needs apps, sites and social media?

  6. Apps suck, and nice job on meeting the younger man. Even though I'm retired, I'm jelly since I'll never know the thrill of having two Fridays in the same week ever again.

  7. Aww... that's a real Hallmark moment. Best copyright it immediately. Oh, too late. They already have one in production with Taran Noah Smith playing Stuart and Colton Hayes playing you! Working title is Lo-Tech Xmas (Subject To Change). Love all your pics. Especially the vintage Xmas card artwork. And vintage Mick! So slappable! Kizzes.

    1. if i learned one thing from the mistress, it's he doesn't need a app or site to hook up. put a dick within 2 feet of him, and it's as good as down his throat.

    1. Depending paper just made the whole thing seem Charming and brought back memories, especially the part where the person giving us the pen and paper thought we were probably sluts!

If only I could recline on that red, velvet sofa, surrounded by plants until the festive season is over.
I'm not feeling it this year. I feel like I've lost my way somehow.
But. That doesn't stop me wishing you a happy holiday and all the very best for the new year. Christina. Xx

    1. Well we've had a pretty good Christmas season here, although we were saying it isn't quite feel like Christmas for some reason. And I'm not sure why because it's colder than a witch's tit in a metal brassiere. Should you not make it back I will wish you a happy Christmas now.🎄🎄🎄
