A most lovely and productive weekend flew by! Glorious weather was had...but no matter how much we might moan or groan, there is never escaping a Monday morning, dragging your naked ass from bed to get moving, there is just no escaping it, nor enough coffee. But try as we might let's not let the Mondays get us down...Take a deep breath darlings....and charge on...full steam ahead...enjoy the mood board to chase the blues away...breath, breath it all in children....
Things in nature seems to be looking up at least!
Happy Monday kids.

I see at least one of the houseboys is up and ready.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, indeed!
Love the display of cabbageware dishes and ceramic rabbits!
ReplyDeleteThe vision of you dragging it out of bed, and the houseboys, not a bad way to start any week.
ReplyDeleteOh please I hate the start of any week.
DeleteThat top photo made me think of well dressing for some reason https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Well_dressing
ReplyDeleteWhy do I get the feeling you slept in this morning?
ReplyDeleteIf it was up to me I wouldn't be up before noon any day.
DeleteThat platter of eggs is beautiful! I'm imagining they're all chocolate and within easy reach...
ReplyDeleteI always like to keep my eggs out an easy reach.
DeleteLove this mood, and I want some of that lemon poppy-seed cake.
ReplyDeleteIt's always good to see the buds forming and the shoots shooting... Jx
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of shoots shooting..
DeleteBeautiful! I've been looking at those majolica plates on line! And did I jump on that cookbook like a starving cat? Yes I did!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't remember if you usually viewed this post or not, but I saw that cookbook and knew I had to include it, what with all my house boys and such
Delete...oh. And hot guys.
ReplyDeleteIt's giving me Spring Tranquility with men and their giant baskets!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny as much as I like the first two guys the very last one is the one that gets me the hottest!
DeleteI love all the rabbits in your mood board today, Maddie, especially the dapper one in photo 3 and all the bunnies amongst the cabbage dishes! That luscious-looking lemon poppyseed cake has me drooling too.
ReplyDeleteCan someone be a dear and pass Tundra a napkin.
DeleteOoh, so THAT is what's for dinner?
ReplyDeleteGimme!
XOXO
Those are some loaded Baskets right there for Easter... And those Abs... um, um, um...
ReplyDeleteI love today‘s shades of green and other things. I’ve always seen cabbage ware as one novelty plate, never an entire sideboard. I love it.
