BJ'S AND BEING GAY

Meanwhile seen at BJ's two nights ago.....

Sweet Mary Mother of Pearl! Yes please, I'll take one of those!!! I know you have to buy bulk at BJ's but one will do it. Ok... two , I mean if there is two available, that would be great, but at this current moment, I think one will satisfy me.

And now that I have your attention...

While Democrat Gay Valimont did not win her election down there in Floridia, she came pretty damn close! But she did manage to flip Escambia County though, which fiercely backed and had huge numbers for the Great Dump in 2024. Gay Valimont lost the overall election to the Republican beer gutted opponent but lead her opponent by 4 points in Escambia. Despite both Democratic candidates losing their special elections on Tuesday night the party has suggested that improving on November 2024 results in the strong GOP friendly areas, would suggest they on track to retake control of the House in the 2026 midterms.

If she decides to run again and would win, how great would it be a Democrat with the name Gay winning...in of all states- Florida!?!?!?!

And in other news, Philadelphia celebrated Transgender Day of Visibility with a flag raising at the famous City Hall, with speeches, speakers and trans performers on the Day of Visibility. It was also announced that Philadelphia proudly holds the title of the country's most "Welcoming City" certified by Welcome America for its inclusive approach towards people of various backgrounds, race and identities. Philadelphia then extended its respect and warmth to the community, not just on Transgender Day but every day. I will say, Philly has always been a warm beacon for the LGBTQ community since the 60's. And a very close knit one too for a big city. As Anne Marie would say, Philly Proud so recognize!

  1. I always find things I don't need at BJ'S. Now THAT would get some use!!!

Your Gay line made me laugh! Wouldn't that be great though? LOL!!! The Dems- the dems are trying sooooo hard to make something out of nothing, but most know they are still sticking to all the stale and failed policies that caused them to fail in the first place. Get an act...and fast. And not the old, But I'm not Trump" line. We gotta be better then that.

I miss Philadelphia. I hope my job will take me back there.

    1. That's what's going to worry me about the Democrats .. sticking to the same old stale and failed politics.

  2. I give Gay Valimont kudos for even running! But Democrats need to give up on the pipe dream that they can flip Florida. At least till all the old are dead. Republicans have all the levers of power there to ensure they maintain control in perpetuity.

And that hunk!!!! I know a vers bottom when I see one!!!

Mistress, I'm shopping with you from now on!

I followed that race the other night. Compare the statements of Valimont and Patronis. Valimont is inclusive, saying that "every voice matters" She is trying to bring people together. On the other hand, Patronis is divisive, stating "CD-1 is where the hopes and dreams of the Democratic Party come to die" and "the Florida Panhandle will forever be red it'll be forever Trump country." This is cult like, divisive, and hateful. We have two paths to choose, people......I will never understand that state.

    1. All I know is there's more of us than them, and even some Republicans I know do not like a split in the diversity. Is everybody just needs to get off their lazy asses and vote.

  5. Praise for Gay Valimont for changing some minds and gaining more supporters. Also for Philly for Trans Visibility. As for buying bulk. That IS bulk!

  9. LMAO!!! That would have been great had she won for the name alone!

It looks like even FLORIDA Magas are beginning to realize how much their Daddy Don lied and gaslighted them to get their unwarranted victimization/grievance/retribution vote.

And remind me to close my Sam club membership and get a BJ's one.

  10. I'd still be following Mr. Bulk around the BJ's ....

And while Blue didn't win in Florida the margins went way down in supposed Felon Country.
Speaks well for the future, just keep up the resistance.

  13. Florida was an eyeopener this past Tuesday and Wisconsin was the sucker punch all Republicans needed. However, don't expect them to change. I wouldn't be surprised if they simply hunker down, to do anything else would mean admitting that they were wrong.

We tend to be optimists at a time when we need to be realists. No matter how you want to spin it, 2 republicans are headed to Washington, 2 Democrats will stay home. Yes, they cut the margin of votes that trump got in 2024, but they still lost. A judgeship in Wisconsin is good news, but we need to be winning a lot more special elections and elections in general. It will take an agonizing amount of time to turn this damaged democracy around, and Florida is one of many states that will never turn blue. Short of a natural disaster that wipes out entire cities and infrastructures and people finding they are on their own because FEMA has been gutted and there are no relief funds will they finalize realize what their loyalty to the red candidates has cost them. Cry all they want, they had it coming, no empathy, that's a verboten word in trump's regime.

    1. I'm not above having a natural disaster hit. Should I put a coal in to Mother Nature? Yes I know what you're saying about the wins and losses too. Cuz Mike Johnson now has two more seats that he didn't have before the election.

  15. So how long did that shopping trip last following that around the store?

As for FL, they proved once again they are incapable of learning anything and voting to help themselves.

    1. When the next hurricane wipes out a few towns down there and FEMA is gone, I shall laugh and laugh and laugh as they cry and cry and cry.

    2. I think we'll all be right beside you laughing too. You just wait until a really big disaster hits a red state and FEMA won't be there to lend any funds or assistance. Then they're going to start feeling it.

    3. Can that be really soon, do you think?

And the repugs are getting surprises right and left. Elmo and The Felon are gonna cost the GOP dearly.
